After waiting over an hour at the store, was told the tire was not on the delivery truck and should be available Wednesday 6/4. Called today, still not available ???? What gives??? "I got to Mr Tire for balancing, rotation, to get nails removed from my tired, and for oil changes. I had purchased oil and a filter because a coworker in the automotive department told me he'd change my oil if I bought the oil and filter. He didn't. Then my ex boyfriend said he would. He didn't. I'd already spent $40 on oil and a filter. Mr Tire was the ONLY place in town that agreed to use my oil (when I explained the situation) and discount that for me. They had to use their filter, and that was fine."

"Generally a good experience with 2 big exceptions: The tires I purchased were overinflated to twice(!) the manufacturers recommended pressure. Also, the work to mount 2 tires was estimated to take 45 minutes, but I waited over 2 hours for the work to be finished. Not a big problem as I was able to get some work done while waiting, but I'd like them to do a better job of time estimation. The tire overinflation is a more serious issue, but I presume this was just someone's oversight since I've been to the same store location for tires before and didn't have that problem. However, I think that as part of their quality check, someone ought to be double-checking the inflation pressure."
