"Normally I love this location, and have been coming here for years. But this time I felt like the wool was being pulled over my eyes. I brought my car in with for a simple oil change and was greeted with a long and costly list of repairs that my car supposedly needed. I also asked for a price quote on a repair my car does need. The quote was outrageous - twice what the part costs new online. And they didn't even let me know what the exorbitant labor costs would be - I had to read that unfortunate detail on the printout for myself."

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I would absolutely NEVER recommend anyone ever going to Mr. Tire. In the middle of 2013, we took our car in because we had a squeaky belt. They said to fix it, it just needed tightened and they charged us $25 to tighten it. Unfortunately, the employee who serviced our vehicle had worked out a deal in the initial invoice to pay for wiper blades and that the belt tightening was left off the invoice, but the wiper blades were "half-off" if we got the belt tightened. It continued to do it and we took it in later that week. Apparently it wasn't tightened enough, so they tightened it again. It still proceeded to do it, so we took it back a third time a couple of months after, we were busy and didn't have time to bring it back. The third time, they claimed it was because we needed a new belt and charged us $30 to inspect the issue that they should have fixed it initially when we paid, or to have just said on the first time we did need a new belt. We did not ask for an inspection of the vehicle, we asked for them to look at what they were paid to fix initially. When we went on the third time, we didn't expect them to charge us for a so called "inspection" on the work they did not do properly. The belt is newer, so it couldn't have been the case, so we took it someplace else. It ended up being that a bolt in the alternator was loose. We were very mad that we wasted $55 at this store. We wrote corporate, who sent the message to Larry, the manager of the store. Larry was very rude and didn't really have much to say, except for the fact that he was calling only because he had to because of the corporate message. After a long battle on the phone, he didn't really care about the situation, and it was just "whatever" to him. He ended up refunding us the $30 for the inspection to our credit card for the work after a very lengthy fight. Months later, we now get a letter from NCO, a collection agency. When contacting Mr. Tire corporate, Diane did not know about this because the case was "out of her hands" and she didn't have any info on this. So we called NCO. Apparently, Mr. Tire claimed we were not paying the invoice at their store, and have been trying to contact us prior to February 2014, in which after it was turned over to collections after February 27th. We've received no phone calls or letters from Mr. Tire. Yes, Mr. Tire gives someone their money back and then expects it back. Very dirty company, please do NOT go here. Go elsewhere where you get quality service and a more trustworthy company for your car repairs."

"I was able to drop off my spare tire while they ordered my tire. They tire came in a day earlier than expected. They were able to mount and balance the tire ahead of time. When i came in to have the tire mounted they had me in and out in less than 30mins."
