I went because I had a 20% off coupon but when I got there the manager told me I could not use it because I had an Audi and then they charged me an additional $10 misc fee and could not explain it. Also, when I got home I noticed that one of the settings was still out of spec. "

"Wow. I had been coming to Mr. Tire for years, but this experience was my last. I went there to have my brakes replaced as a preventative measure, as I had done a couple years before. The inexperienced representative that called on the phone after they took a look at my car attempted to sell a number of expensive items that were not necessary. When I asked detailed questions about why I might need to have this extra work done, there was no rational explanation. I would rather pay more for experienced mechanics who address only the work that really needs to be done. I will miss the old Mr. Tire."

"Fairly good place to get an oil change and a tire rotation especially if you have a coupon. I've never bought tires or had major service done here so I can't comment on that. Only negative comments was once I was overcharged on some service work(mount,balance,and a flat repair) and they also failed to rotate my tires(coupon for a free rotation)and never mentioned it during their lengthy post explanation of the condition of the tires,brakes,ect. The reason I knew they did not do the rotation was because I had marked the tires wit chalk before arrival. When this was pointed out the techs looked at each other and stammered they didn't know I wanted them rotated.They did offer to rotate them but I had already waited an hour for my oil change and had to leave. "

"They don't charge what they quote when you pick up your car. You have to call the next day to straighten it out. Then you have to wait several weeks for a refund. They screw up and you wait. They should be able to process a refund immediately on site. They can take your money no problem."
