"I've been having my cars worked on at Mr. Tire ever since my guarantee expired on my 2010 SXT Caravan. Most of the extensive work has been done on the 2001 Sienna. The associates always gives me a complete explanation of service done on the cars. This last time I came in for an oil change on the Sienna they found dangerous wear on the front tires with the amber and toe completely off causing bad tire wear with steel wire showing on the inside of each tire. Of course I had to buy 2 new tires and have an alignment. They also found a nail in my left rear tire. Now that I'm 74 I don't work on my cars anymore and I feel completely confident and satisfied the service and attention they give me at this location."

"Tire pressures on this occasion and an occasion about 3 or 4 weeks ago after I left were checked (on a total of 7 new tires on my 2 cars) and all of the tires were approximately 10 psi under pressure.
