"The absolute worst costumer service imaginable! I have been going to Mr. tire/ Vespia's for some time now. They have replaced tires and worked on three of my vehicles over the years. However, the owner who sometimes works the counter is the most disrespectful, condescending person I have ever had the displeasure of talking to. I drive a truck with large wheels and I have needed tire patches a few times. I have always gone to Mr. Tire to get them repaired. The last time I went in I had to deal with the owner who was working at the counter. He told me that it was "going to cost double because of the large wheels." I explained that I have gotten my tires from my truck repaired there twice before and it was not nearly as much as he was saying it would cost. He then became very hostile and defensive as I explained to him that I didn't have the money then and would have to come back another time. I went back today, which was a week later, and said that I am able to repair the tire now. His response was that the wheel would not fit on his machine. After I reminded him that I have gotten these very same tires repaired here before. He said "oh, well the guy that repairs the big tires doesn't work here anymore. sorry, cant do it.' Is this how you run a business? Insulting costumers' intelligence and disrespecting them at every opportunity. Needless to say, they have lost a loyal patron. I will not be returning to this establishment and I highly recommend that no one else does either!"

"I felt very comfortable there. The prices were comparable, they were quick and I didn't feel like a number. They recognized me and my phone number and addressed me by name, without a question or searching around to see who would look up."

"I love the Mr. Tire near Kmart in Moon Twp (Beaver Grade Rd). The employees are friendly and honest. The prices are always competative, if not better. I've owned 4 different vehicles since moving into Moon Twp from out of the area. Over the years, I tried many different establishments. The Robinson Wal-mart lost my oil cap. The Firestone in Robinson lied and overcharged me for a tire repair. The Firestone in Moon made me feel degrated. I had a pretty good run with the Jiffy Lube in Sewickly until thier "report card" and pushy sales staff started telling me I needed things that I knew I didn't need. Long story short, I began to think that ALL auto places were liars and cheats until I found Mr. Tire. I purchased my first new car 2 and a half years ago and this is the only place I have ever taken it. Always honest, Always fair priced, and Always treat me well (big THANKS to John : ). Mr. Tire changes my oil for less than I can purchase the supplies at Auto Zone, and they top off my fluids : ) Another plus, there is a Startbucks with Wi-Fi just a few steps away if you are waiting while your service is being done. I can't say enough about this place. I absolutely love it. I've even converted my husband who is now a faithful customer too."
