"The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable."
"DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED!!!!
Went here 3 times in 3 months to have work done on my car. The first time they were supposed to fix a cracked coolant receptacle. They said it had 1 crack which they fixed - when the leaks kept coming I took the car to another repair shop to find the receptacle had 5 cracks and had never been replaced. $484.90 for that non-fix, which I now have disputed through my credit card company. Then they put on tires - they managed to get that done right as far as I can tell right now (fingers crossed). The last fix was for overheating (no doubt connected to the fact they didn't fix the cooling system the first time) - another $500+ and - you guessed it - THEY DIDN'T FIX IT!!!! Picked up the car and 4 miles down the road, the car started overheating again! Another charge to dispute! Took the smoking car back to Mr. Tire and they said "we can fix it for another $500!!!" They are RIPOFF ARTISTS - plain and simple. Over $1,000 spent and not a single thing fixed. RIPOFF ARTISTS! If you like being robbed, go to Mr. Tire in New Castle, Delaware - if you want work done on your car, go somewhere else!!"
"A great staff at the Amherst New York location"
"Overall, I have been very pleased any time I have visited Mr. Tire for service. This last time I went in for an inspection and oil change. They were slower than normal in completing the tasks, but I'm thinking that being the day after Christmas they didn't have as full a staff as normal and things dragged as a result. They are always friendly and courteous and do a very good job. I'm very happy with their price and service there, especially as compared to a dealership."
"mr. tire is honest, trustworthy, reliable and low-cost for average car maintenance. the waiting time is minimal, and, if they are very busy, you are warned in advance. you are also told about anything the car might need other than what you brought it in for."
"They did a nice job putting new tire on my car."
"They provided a necessary follow up procedure in order to schedule this appointment."
"Tread-Quarters (Mr.Tire) on Western Branch Blvd, Chesapeake, VA.
Friendly staff.
Tires inflated to car spec.
Lug-nuts not over-tightened after visit.
Alignment performed seems perfect. Resolved the issue of having to maintain a 20 degree steer to the right to keep straight.
Tires holding air after two weeks since visit.
Original tires must have been really BAD, steering dramatically improved, less resistance in steering column, buttery-smooth. (new tires are Goodyear Eagle Sport All-Season).
100% Satisfied."
"I recently purchased new tires at Mr. Tire. I used MrTire.com to view the tires available for my vehicle and narrow down my choices. The website was easy to use and I was able to select multiple options for comparison. Once I picked out two tires that I liked, I called the local shop where I wanted to have the tires installed to get their opinion on which set to choose. I also set an appointment for installation. The entire process was smooth and I received excellent customer service from the 708 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD location!"
"Friendly service! I was in and out in no time-- I had a nail in my tire and it was patched and the other tires were checked quickly and efficiently. The prices are excellent and fairly priced. I will definitely return should I have any tire issues in the future."
"they need to be a little more acomadating of there customers"
"Fantastic service and insanely good customer skills. I would highly recommend for anyone who needs car repairs, oil changes, etc."
"I use Mr. Tire for just about all my auto needs, mainly because I can trust there recommended needed service. "
"My vehicle was dropped off at 9:30am and they were told I needed the car by 1:30pm before my husband left for work. At 1:30pm they asked for 30 more minutes, stating they needed till 2:30pm. I stated that was more than 30 minutes, but if it could be ready at 2:30pm I would make it work. I arrived at 2:20pm and my vehicle was not ready until 3:05pm. I waited in the waiting room with my 2 1/2 year old and my 9 month old, both cranky and missing their naps due to this inconvenience. I was told the gentleman working on my car was also doing a break job that became more difficult and required more time. I was concerned hearing this because I can not envision how one does a brake job and a tire job simultaneously and efficiently. I am certainly concerned about how well the work was done and whether the alignment was done at all. I will never be returning to this location. I complained to customer service and was even more disappointed to learn that a 5% discount off my bill was "the best they could do". This solidified the fact that I will never go to any Mr. Tire facility again. Additionally, I have reported this service to the better business bureau as well as numerous social media outlets in hopes that others will save themselves the hassle, inconvenience, and poor service that Mr. Tire gave me. "
"I was very pleased with the service I received. The person I dealt with was very knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. Not sure but it may have been the owner or manager. I came in on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30 looking for 4 new tires. They had exactly what I was looking for in stock and the sale/promotion price was reasonable. My truck was ready before 6:00 the same day. I was picked up and brought back to the shop by family but, if I had to stay the waiting area is very clean and has a TV. As a bonus right next door is Brother's Pizza a a few steps further a Bar/Bistro."
