"I bought my last set of tires for my Cobalt from Mr. Tire. I was completely satisfied then as I am now. The shop staff was helpful and courteous each time I visited to check on tire prices and availability. I say 'each time' because I visited the shop at least 3 times between late Spring and late Fall of last year to inquire about a particular tire made by Falken as I wanted very much to continue driving on that same model because I was happy with how they handled, however when I learned that it had been discontinued my options were reduced to what stock Mr. Tire had on hand in its warehouse... less than a half dozen tires back when I first started looking earlier last year. I was happy to learn that when I was able to afford a pair of replacement tires that matched what I already had on my car, Mr. Tire had them in its warehouse and honored the price quoted several months earlier... 'On the rim and out the door' as they put it. Within a couple of days the tires were installed on my car and the rest as they say, is history. The staff at the Fallston, MD Mr. Tire is always helpful. The shop is always clean. And while I was presented options for other tires in the event the ones I wanted weren't available, not once was I pressured to act on any of those options. A+ price and service all around."

Well, not Mr. Tire's fault, online forum posts suggest that XC90s are tire hogs. The store manager (Ian Raab) was great, suggested different Yokohama all seasons (Tournantes) and an alignment. Got us in and out on time, and at a fair price."
