"The Manager has a very poor attitude and extremely unprofessional. They do not stand behind their work at all. After buying two tires, I had to take it back because the tires was leaking air. While my vehicle was there, it was damaged. I was not even issued an apology or anything. When I placed a call to the corporate office, they stated to me that they were unable to determine what or who caused the damage to my vehicle after a brief investigation. The reason I feel this was the case, was because of the poor conditions this particular company partakes in.The establishment is very unclean and unorganized and I feel this is what contributed to the damage to my vehicle"

"Went in for a tire rotation, alignment check and balance check. Mgr. advised that brake pads were getting thin, passenger side caliper was hanging up and rotors needed to be replaced. Gave me an estimate. I then went to two local shops for an estimate on the same work and they were higher. Went back to Mr. Tire to talk about estimate they had given me. Mgr. reduced estimate a little more and I made the appointment. Dropped my truck off the following Saturday at 7:45 am and they called at 11:45 am to let me know the truck was ready. Wow!! Truck stops much better and no pulsing under hard braking (like before). Very satisfied with work performed and will go back for work that I cannot perform myself."
