Oil change was to include free tire rotation but they didn't even check tire pressure nor rotate them obviously, had to go back in and ask them to check the pressure since my tires were still soft. Also bought a battery for my car but they didn't tell me it was a $47.50 charge to change the battery I bought from them. Felt ripped off to say the least. "

The staff makes sure that are requested services are accomplished in a timely and professional manner. In addition, they ensure any mechanical defects or worn parts are brought to my attention without me feeling pressured to get the work done there. If a problem is beyond their capability they will recommend a suitable shop to correct the problem. They do not try to up sell me and frequently respond to a concern I may have about worn brakes or suspension system components that everything is fine and nothing needs replaced at that time."

"On Nov. 16, 2014 we bought a new tire at Mr. Tire.
This tire had a flat 75 days and 1,400 miles later on Jan. 27, 2015, luckily while parked.
We brought the flat tire in and Mr. Tire said there was no punctures, just needed a new TPMS valve which we bought that day Jan. 28, 2015.
2 days later, flat again same tire still, while parked. Mechanic said he could not find what caused the flat, there was no punctures still, and the tire held air well again.
3 days later flat again, same tire, while driving on the freeway this time, luckily passenger-friend had AAA membership who changed the tire (put the spare on).
Fairly new tire with new TPMS valve now damaged cuz ran flat.
Note: the defect either in the tire or in the TPMS valve or the installation of the TPMS valve caused the tire to go flat, and hence is the proximate cause of the tire being damaged by being ran flat.
Argued with Goodyear (tire manufacturer) to stand behind their product or else we will sue. Goodyear issued certification there was no puncture, no nails, etc. but found slow leak in the TPMS valve. Hence, passing the bucket back to Mr. Tire.
went back to Mr. Tire, they are willing to warranty the TPMS valve, but not the tire.
Please note though that the people (the manager John and the head mechanic Rich) are sincere and are good people. We really like them.
However, we want to have our tire fixed, and we're not asking for anything more despite the fact that our lives were endangered by the sudden freeway flat tire which would not have happened unless the tire or the TPMS valve or installation was defective.
We are trying to resolve this in the most expedient, least costly and least aggravating manner possible, in good faith, so that we can keep our relationship with Mr. Tire."

I had an oppintment for my oil change and after waiting for 1hr 30min (just for oil change and tire rotation) when I asked him howmuch more time it is going to take he did not go to the shop and check my vechile he said it may take 45min to 3 hrs more and my car was out of the shop in next 5min.
I also had $20 coupon and he is relectent to take my coupon, he said he already applied $10 coupon on my service, of course he can take out his $10 coupon and apply my $20 coupon.
The representative is very rude and he over charged for the service of my vechile
