I was under the weather when I arrived, the manager showed me where the waiting room was, talked me through several places where something to eat (that would not upset my stomach) could be located and gave my car back to me cleaner than I turned it over to them. It was great service. "

"Poor! Dont go to Mr Tire in Pickerington Ohio...I had faulty brake work done that nealy caused a serious accident...A few days after spending $1500 on new tires and brakes (a good fair price) my truck wheel locked up because the tech didnt tighten a brake caliper bolt securely...The bolt fell off and the wheel locked up in a major inersection...thank god for Ohio Highway State Patrol for saving me from a possible serious accident harming myself or others...Now my vehicle is damaged and I feel VERY disappointed and upset with Mr Tire."

"I have been going to the Mr. Tire on Hwy54 in Durham for years. My most recent visit was in Aug 2014. As always, I received great customer service. Store manager and service tech were knowledgeable. I really feel like they are honest with me about what me car needs. Would highly recommend this location. "

"Went in for a typical oil change; after going back and fourth for a bit I eventually gave in and upped to the semi synthetic even though I had stated I did NOT want to switch.
The next day I noticed I was leaking oil; they were closing by the time I noticed, so I took it into them the next morning (making me late for work) they replaced the gasket, and plug; saying mine was cracked, that it was fixed and good to go.
Two days after that I noticed I was leaking oil AGAIN! I called them and they asked me to come in, so immediately I left work to make it there before they closed (missed more work; super neat) They tell me that, now my main rear seal cracked; which they then quoted me $1200 - $1500. They took no blame what so ever and called it all off as coincidence.
They told me that I was lucky because if they had noticed it before they would have made me pay for the gasket, and plug... Why would I pay for something I never needed?? Why did they not catch something that large, and that serious the first time?!?"
