John at the front desk understands where I'm coming from and he does't make me feel like a loser when I tell him I only want to fix things that are safety issues. He definitely recommends what needs to be done, and I don't think he'd let me skip the things that would lead to real trouble, but he doesn't push me to fix every little thing. He definitely works with me, and he gives me all of the discounts he can without me having to ask or clip coupons. I've been going there for four or five years, with two cars. They have done regular service (oil change, etc.), repairs (engine, suspension, etc.) and of course tires."
