"I am so sick and tired of being ripped off because I am a female with limited knowledge of car repairs. I took my car to get tires and check shocks. john told me the tires my car specified were not available and said to go with black lions.they cost 110.00 and I could get them for 105.99 50,000 miles. the flier advertises them for 93.99 per tire 375 out the door. I called my husband he told me about the price and that they probably had a stockpile of those junk tires, they saw me coming. I asked john before i left why he chose those tires and were there anymore tires that size. he said they were the cheapest and there were more tires that size. I didn't know there were other tires to fit my car until they already put that junk on my car. for $5.00 more I could have had 75,000 mi BFgoodrich!! the other repairs I needed I will go somewhere else. route 250 was slightly wet from a rain shower and my car SLID WHEN I BRAKED FOR A RED LIGHT. I am an old woman and I drive like one so no I wasn't speeding."

Today 9/22/2014, I had a tire replacement service at your Burlington, NJ store.I also asked them to check the break. while replacing tiers when they found breaks were also needed to be replaced, they told me that it will cost me 300 for break pad replacement and rotor resurface if i do it right on that time otherwise this offer will be gone tomorrow. So I asked them to change the breaks.
while paying the invoice I had a $20 coupon ( applies on $200+ service) that I asked them to apply and service manager started laughing as if my question to apply coupon was a stupidity and he said no he can not apply that coupon as he is already giving me $200 discount on breaks and he told me that he can give me $20 off if he can take off $200 discount and started laughing rudely and walked away as well. so he never applied the coupon.
I can certainly say that he was very rude because while working on my car as well I was telling him that since I am going to replace my car in 2/3 years i bought cheap tiers and he again went on laughing said he has seen enough people who says such things and keep the cars for many years until it breaks and never replaces and keep replacing cheap. he shouldn't be saying this rudely.
as part of your survey your associate should ask about satisfaction after the job which they never did, it also talks about does staff really care about business and I think he was not worried at all.
