"Ordered a part. Basic Shipping is called “expedited.” I saw an quick email for a label created with USPS. That is certainly not “expedited,” especially with today’s post office. I sent commo that I would prefer FedEx ground. “Alex” wrote back promptly stating that they would attempt to honor the request. I was pleasantly satisfied with this. A few days later, and no updates, I sent an email asking for status update. No response. Then a week later, a refund notice from “TabcoTech”—stating that “customer requested cancellation”. Is this a parent company? MROsupply some kind of empty DBA? That became interesting. I never requested cancellation. About the time I wrote this review, I was contacted with an apology stating that there was a mis-communication in the office and the part didn’t actually exist. They offered to send what they had..short shelf life…yesterday. I declined because I had to source elsewhere. I wonder if the other parts they show in-stock really exist? These are the facts— with some of my speculations. Buyer beware. I increased to two stars because they made an attempt, now two weeks later."
