"UPDATE: after i requested cancellation of the order, a tracking number was finally available with FedEx. It was created the day after i requested the cancellation. The masks went from individual packs of 10 to a pack to 50 to a pack. Since we ordered the 10 packs so we could send them out to people without too many other hands on the mask, that fell thru. The Hand sanitizer is pure liquid, not gel. I could have just purchased 99% iso locally and save myself a few bucks. By the time the order was finally shipped, prices had already come down, and a 10% discount is advertised if it doesn't ship in 24 hours, but none of that discount or lower price was applied to our order.
THIS PLACE, LIKE MANY OTHERS, ARE JUST USING THIS PANDEMIC TO CHARGE HIGHER PRICES FOR LOWER QUALITY ITEMS.
I ordered a few things from them. They accepted my payment. But that's as far as the transaction has gone. I have requested a status update via their website twice. I received an email that the received my status update request, but that's as far as it went. I have spoken to them via their chat 3 times, and every time its the same thing "You should receive a status update or tracking number in a day or two".
If you can't ship the order, just say so and refund the money. Don't string me along.

"I ordered a Coxreel hose reel from MRO because they had the lowest price I could find, which was good. After purchase, they sent an email that the product would not be shipped for another two weeks, even though the website claimed it was in stock. I needed the reel sooner, so I cancelled the order. I received email notification that the order was cancelled. After 5 days, I still had not received a refund so I emailed MRO. No response. I called the next day and was told by the gentleman on the phone that the refund was in the processing stage. I waited another week. As of today, two weeks after I cancelled the order, I still have not received a refund. I called again and was told that the refund is still in processing stage and that accounting is "backed up" with their processing. What a joke. It's 2020 guys. "
