"The lamp for my Samsung that I ordered did NOT work in my TV at all. I just WASTED $87.00 for a part that did NOTHING. I will never order from this company again. Plus, I order last Wednesday and it was shipped on Thursday morning but I did not get it until today (Wednesday). I believe that is way to long to wait for something.
Oh, when I called the number the message comes on to say to just e-mail them if you have any questions or problems. When I e-mail I DON'T get a reply back until the next afternoon. That is some POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE."

"Working on building up a couple of computers but some of the parts I wanted was not available locally (Guam). Researched some pricing online and Mwave had some of the best prices for several of the parts. Ordered a motherboard/CPU combo from them on July 29. Then placed a video card and some RAM on August 5. A third order placed for a PSU on August 10th (for a friends computer, GREAT deal on the PSU btw.) Both the August 5 and 10th orders came in on August 15th(not sure why the August 5 order was shipped out so late, both orders were shipped out on August 10). It's now August 17 and I still haven't recieved my first order from July 29. I noticed on USPS tracking that it says it was shipped using "Package Services". Not sure why it was sent this way since I ordered the other two orders choosing the same exact shipping option from their website. I contact their Customer Rep and was told that USPS decides on how the packages are mailed out!(have the email dialog of this BTW.) So, what if I wanted to choose a more expensive shipping feature? Would USPS "decide" if it was to be shipped airmail or surface? I don't understand how their shipping procedures work and frankly am weary of placing another order if it "might" be shipped by surface mail again. Surface mail to Guam is by boat and could take several months to arrive. I've ordered several times from them before and this was the first time something has been shipped surface mail to me. Other then this issue, they have some of the best pricings on the internet."

"Purchased a PowerLink USB network adapter. Originally had a NetGear adapter that randomly lost signal, but usually locked at 54Mg. The PowerLink only seems to lock at 36Mg on my G network. Haven't had it long enough to verify any signal loss. MWave transaction went well. I don't think I received a shipping notice, but the package arrived via mail within a normal time frame. Satisfied with MWave, verdict is still out on PowerLink."
