"The ordering process was very easy, and the option to pay with PayPal was nice to have. The item was shipped as promised (within one day), and arrived as promised (ground shipping). However, I never received one email from mwave. I received the PayPal confirmation and the buySAFE Certificate email, but there was no order confirmation or shipment emails from mwave. I went to check my order status on the mwave website, and it required registration or login. I click register, and there is already an account with my email. So, I click "Forgot Password", and was given a message that my password was being emailed to me...never received the email. A few days later, I called Customer Service to get the status of my order, which she gave me, and also told me she would email me the shipment tracking number...never received the email. I use Safari and Apple Mail on a Mac running OS X 10.5.8, and my ISP is Earthlink, in case any of those items factors in to me not receiving email. And, now my survey reply didn't send from my Apple Mail; I had to cut 'n paste the text I typed into the browser...let's hope I can send the survey from Safari."

"There was some problem with payment. I chose paypal as mode of payment. Once i did that, I was taken to the paypal site for login. After doing that, I was informed that the said amount was not available in the Paypal account and that I will have to try and put in another credit card for payment in addition to the default card. There was nothing wrong with the default card and I regularly pay for my purchases from my Paypal account using the same card. Strange.
So I come out of the paypal site, and then put the same card details in the Mwave checkout and things go through fine. Unnessary waste of 10 minutes or so just to figure out what to do."

"I purchased a VIZIO M261VP LED LCD HDTV.
The Television arrived undamaged however it could have been packaged better. It was missing something to hold it in place. The only other minor indications that it was a reconditioned item are that a screw was missing to secure the base to the tv, the warranty card was missing and the remote was a bit dirty. The tv registered as new on the VIZIO website. The tv works well and provides a beautiful picture. The sound could be better and I have attached external speakers to rectify this problem. If you intend to use this set to watch tv from a signal obtained over the air it would be helpful to have another way of obtaining the signal strength of the stations you wish to view. This product does not currently list the strength of the signals received."
