"My review of my purchase experience and the product quality is as follows:
I found Mwave.com website on ebay and called to ask questions about things like how many hours of battery life was the norm for this particular product. However, the call center did not have this information and gave me the number for the warehouse.

I proceeded to call and speak with a employee that was not very knowledgeable about this particular battery but did give me a general idea of battery life in hours and a personal review of how many returns he knew of as well.

OK, now for the shipping news. This was absolutely amazing folks. I ordered it around 2pm on a Wednesday and by 12 noon the next day UPS delivered it to my doorstep. That cost me just a flat rate and nothing more in overnight fees or anything. Very impressive.

I opened the box and read the instructions and followed them to the letter in order to one sync the battery to my laptop and two max the life of it as well.
It took 5 or 6 times before I saw numbers that were consistent with actual usage time.

Turns out it is about 4 hours which is about what Toshiba says is for there extended battery but at less then half the price. I just hope it lasts for a couple years but at least there is the warranty for a year and I hope that will be as smooth as the shipping had been.

Overall, I am satisfied with this new battery despite the lack of information from the call center and the warehouse employee did the best he could with providing a limited amount of info but was extremely apologetic and polite as a customer could have asked for from any store employee."

"Items arrived quickly, even for UPS ground. however the items (1TB HDD and a Blu-Ray CD/DVD internal drive) were placed together and wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed into a box. Not, in my opinion the way to ship a hard drive. Granted, they were clearance items, but to me they looked like refurbs with no original packing or parts that usually come with cd/dvd drives. Overall happy with my items and speed of shipping, but the above items are why I didn't rate it 5 stars"
