They sell product that is defective and hide behind company rules obscured that require "original packaging" for refund - packaging that was nothing more than a plain brown cardboard box. Not customer friendly, not helpful and they make the fact that they sold you inferior goods your issue. As is you're a bad customer because they sold you defective product. They did replace the products (laptop batteries) which concluded in the same end result. Bad product, bad policy, simply bad business."
