Oh so close....

"Through sheer luck the part arrived intact. Unfortunately I can't attach a photo but the part (armrest, plastic and leather, not the sturdiest right from the factory) was simply placed in a oversized box, taped shut and off it went. I personally ship a lot for work and it's really not expensive nor time consuming to put some packing around it. I hope this isn't how truly fragile items are treated. Would I buy from MyMoparPart again ? Yes. Will I be sure to insist on better packing ? Yes."

advertised and accepted unfillable order

"this is one of a nest of chrysler “factory parts” resellers who advertise and take orders for obsolete parts with absolutely no chance of fulfilling. They took my online order for a trim part for my 1999 sebring convertible then next day told me it would be on “back order” for months, as if Chrysler would eventually make more of this stuff. They all use the same website and they all are useless to me. My advice: for an older car, call them to verify in stock, if they say it’s on back order, hang up. I’m going to try a 3D printing place here in Las Vegas and see if they can mirror image the undamaged speaker cover from the other side of the car."

It was awful!!!!!

"I had the most awful experience with a tjgsell@libertyautocity ???

this guy was the rudest person I've ever dealt with in a customer service position. I inquired about a part & he responded back asking for a VIN number so I gave it to him. I then misunderstood what he said about the turn time and I ordered 2 cup holders and he sends me a response when I asked him when I would be receiving them and proceeds to tell me it will be 3-4 months !! Of course I was extremely upset as your website never told me it would take that long so this guy immediately cancelled my order even though one of them would still be shipped on time ?? He didn't even ask me and then he proceeds to tell me to never order another part on the mopar website ??? I think the public wouldn't love to hear about how rude your customer service reps are and how they are telling people to never order a part on your website again! This is absolutely unacceptable.
