Old truck new parts

"I have a 10 year old tow truck and it has 335k miles on it. Plastics break down and end up breaking, and finding new ones it hard to do. Luckily MyMoparParts was easy to search with, look at the diagram to get the right part, and less than anywhere else I can find. Thanks!"

"Without a doubt the BEST experience I have ever had ordering a part. I found what I thought I needed online, I called to confirm the part. I gave my VIN and within seconds was told about the part, why it may have a different part number and how quickly I could get it. My urgency is I needed it 2 days ago. I was assured with y distance it will be here shortly. Very Happy and Very Satisfied with the phone screener and ordering process"

Poor customer support

"I ordered a cold weather grill cover, entered my truck info, (year, make, model, engine, chassis, etc)...no indication this item would not be correct for my vehicle. Cover received is for an earlier generation and will not fit my truck. Requests to take this item back in exchange for the correct item were ignored...instead, I was directed to their policy page requiring a 35% restocking fee. What's the point of having section to enter your vehicle info if it's useless? Poor website and worse customer support. Buyers beware!"
