"Website completed purchase - then next day I was informed the parts were unavailable/backordered - now I have to wait for a refund - other online sellers were able to conform stock before purchase. I bought elsewhere. Will see how long it takes for funds to be returned - had to 'return' the items on their website - and was notified that refund was subject to charges - I imagine that is only if they shipped me parts that I would later return - so I expect to get my money back. It is just a bit of a waste of time. Would like a better way to know if parts are available - otherwise the website was easy to use."

"The speakers sound great and look like they are easy to install. One of the speaker trim pieces inside of the box was broken when I open the box don’t think it will be such a bad I’d dear to still install I just hope it does not cause any rattle noises but I guess we will see once I install them. If for some reason it does have a rattle hopefully I will not have a problem returning them to get another set or at least just one additional speaker."

I had questions as I was on the website, I called the number provided on the page, I got an actual person who helped me verify with my VIN! that what they are advertising is what im getting. and AND its genuine true OEM MOPAR!!. so part is ordered and when I get part in I will revisit this and re score it."

As this was a time sensitive order, it should not have taken three days before I was notified that the item was not in stock; and you were not able to give me an estimate of when you could expect to have it restocked; therefore you canceled the order. This message should have been provided at the time the order was placed. In my opinion, this is not an acceptable way to treat customers."
