"Horrible company!!! I purchased 65 personalized coffee mugs and received 10 damaged ones, 1 broken, and all off them has the wrong design and font.
They refuse to work with me on either fixing the issue or getting me new ones. They do NOT care about their clients at all. They stopped responding to me after the first 2 emails and the only answers I received were “ we’ll check with the production team and sorry personalizes items are non refundable”
I have pictures of the exact writing, font, and design chose when I placed the order and it’s not what I received.
They have been giving me the run around so I filled a dispute with my bank and a case with the better business bureau.
Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. "
"Please be wary of this company. The merchandise is NOT like it is pictured. The printing is usually substantially smaller, the products are smaller than they appear to be, we were ripped off twice - ordered personalized wine labels that never arrived and monogrammed flasks that never arrived - each time we got the run around from customer service. Ended up challenging nearly $200 in charges for merchandise never received and never received so much as an apology. This company is a ripoff."
"This place deserves 0 stars. I ordered monogrammed mints for my wedding and the font is awful. Its supposed to be S+J (looks like clear printed initials when viewed on the site) and when I received the order the J looks like a strange 4. I emailed the company and they told me that's just the script they use. They should provide the script in the description of the item. The rep obviously did not care when I said I was unhappy, even spelled my name wrong when responding to my email. "

"This is not a wedding review. The items I purchased are for a baby shower. I ordered 84 pink glass coasters and 84 blue glass coasters. The blue coasters were perfect. The pink coasters however looked as if a completely different person had handled them. There were scratches on 12 of them, and more than half of the remaining coasters needed to have glue removed, needed windexing to get out the multiple large fingerprints, or had a pad that was off-centered. When I called they asked me to take pictures of the few that had scratches. Being that this is clear glass, the image of the scratch wasn't appearing in the images. I called back and they said not to worry, that they had "specialists" who could enhance the image. Given that I ordered 168 of these, and had to clean almost half of the pink coasters you would think that returning 12 would have been no problem. My mistake! I'm now taking the pictures and will send them. I will also update my review if and when I receive my exchange."
"I ordered matchbooks from this company and they sent me the wrong color matchbooks and the wrong date for personalization. The date they printed actually passed six months ago. I sent emails and got no response. When I called about it, they said they would not send me the correct color matchbooks until I sent the old ones back. They clearly do not care about customer service. Overall, a terrible business and I would strongly advise against using them."
"I ordered 1000 silver rose petals, I received about 75. When I called to enquire why the whole order was not shipped I was told the website does not show the qty just the price??? Really?? I would never order something without knowing the quantity.. how would I know if I would have enough? I know what I purchased! When I asked for a refund the CSR said sure but your not getting the shipping charge back! That was more than the product! Buyer beware!!! You do not get what you pay for! "I ordered personalized match books on 4/6/15 for a 5/20/15 wedding. I cannot even place a review of the item, because I never received it! When I emailed to inquire about the order, I got a one line reply with the delivery confirmation, saying that I signed for the package on 4/13. I wrote saying I did not receive the item, so why would it be helpful to say, no you did, you signed for it? I finally contacted a live person, and they said it was out of their hands, but UPS is going to investigate it. Completely placing all the responsibility on UPS will not help your customer service. A real company would have sent the items again, and dealt with UPS at the same time. I am supposed to get follow up on the 8th of May from the company. I am just so bummed. Less than a month to go, and I have no favors :-("
" My wedding favors that I ordered from this website are a complete joke. I was so excited and full of joy to receive what I thought was a quality item. We paid $250 and to be honest with you, I wouldn't have paid not even $20 for this item. It was a glass heart, which weigh nothing...looks like plastic. It was not quality at all. So I went to return the item, and to my surprise the return is to CANADA! !! Which I will be charged $107 for it. Plus they charge you a restocking fee!! So basically I lost $250. I will never order from this site. And above all the customer rep response was "it is what it is"!!! Where is the professionalism?! What a joke! I am devastated. This was the worst desicion I made. "This company is in the top 10 worst online shopping experiences ever. Made an order, everything I ordered showed on the website as in stock. Promptly after ordering, I received numerous emails stating some items were out of stock. The company had charged my debit card the full amount of the order however. Their emails said the dates when they expected items to come in. As I waited, other items went out of stock! Though they had charged me for them, and some had been in stock previously, they didn't hold them for me, so as new ones came in - others were out...! So you can imagine the vicious cycle that ensued. To get my full order was impossible. I'd ordered nearly 2 months in advance of the wedding. Just weeks before it, I finally lost my patience (which is notoriously lengthy), demanding they send what they had and refund the rest, and the shipping was slow to boot, risking it arriving at all on time. The order arrived just before I left for the wedding, thank goodness. It was missing enough items to complete what I needed, but Michaels craft store had many of the items, and cheaper considering no shipping costs. I'd hoped I was going to avoid last minute rushing around like that, searching...All said, it worked out, but not without tremendous frustration, time sucked away, and a huge sense this business is utterly inefficient and lacking fundamental ethics.
Recommendation: Go anywhere else. Don't shop there."
"I purchased some wedding favors for our destination wedding, and because of time constraints, called them to ask about shipping.
First, they were incredibly nice, even though I called 3 times to ask about product availability and shipping times. When I explained that it was for our wedding, they promised that it would be shipped the same day that the order was placed as long as it was before noon. Normally they ship items within 3 business days, as most stores, but they promised to look out for my order.
True to their word, they shipped it out the same day. I ordered palm tree candles that are absolutely gorgeous. They come in a cute container with a piece of rope attached.
As I had an issue with Minimus.biz (they promised a ship date, then didn't ship it out, then instead of making up for their mistake, they wanted me to pay more for faster shipping) - it just makes me appreciate customer service even more.
They have a LOT of wedding favors, all reasonably priced. There are many sites that offer wedding favors, and while they all differ by a few cents, I'm completely happy with them because 1) they had incredibly customer service and were very friendly, 2) they have a great selection and great prices, and 3) they made the extra effort to ship it out the same day so that we would have them for our wedding.
In short, if you need wedding favors, definitely consider them as I am 100% happy with them."
