"My wedding favors that I ordered from this website are a complete joke. I was so excited and full of joy to receive what I thought was a quality item. We paid $250 and to be honest with you, I wouldn't have paid not even $20 for this item. It was a glass heart, which weigh nothing...looks like plastic. It was not quality at all. So I went to return the item, and to my surprise the return is to CANADA! !! Which I will be charged $107 for it. Plus they charge you a restocking fee!! So basically I lost $250. I will never order from this site. And above all the customer rep response was "it is what it is"!!! Where is the professionalism?! What a joke! I am devastated. This was the worst desicion I made. I gave it a one star bc that was the least I can give but I wouldve gave it a zero if I could!!! Do not order from these ppl...save ur money.!!!"
