"I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from this company. Complete rip off. Everyone of the reviews I’ve read are exactly what happened to me. You can email but you’ll never ever receive a response. I requested a cc to my email and a bcc to another email, I never received a copy to either emails. "After reading the reviews i was glad I at least got my product. Turn out it doesn’t even work. The cord doesn’t stay in my phone and when it is in there it doesn’t even charge. They offered me a refund but then I got an email stating the refund wouldn’t go through. What a load of crap. Why wouldn’t it go through? Because you just want keep my money. They offered to put it in my PayPal but I’m leary of giving them the address. Do not but from them."

"So I ordered a beanie with the hole for your hair for my daughter for Christmas and it was a speratic thing on Facebook. I don't even know if this is the correct company but all your other complaints sound the same as mine. I get an e-mail from MYGEARONLINE saying it shipped within 24-48 hrs after my order and this was Sept 17,2018. I e-mail back after 2 months or so inquiring and they responded with we will get back with you within 24 hrs (basically). Then I get an e-mail from a one name Justina (support team) no last name no company contact or tracking numbers. At end of November I e-mailed again and get no response at all and again I tried after Christmas and same. Someone needs to see about BBB in Florida because my bank statement puts the company there and my bank refunded my money from the company when I did a dispute today and I am thankful but not satisfied at all. I seriously want them to pay not my bank."

"Have not received my order and noticed on postal tracking that my street address on contained the first two numbers and no street name. Cannot get in touch with customer service other than their standard template emails that do not specifically address this concern. Package is stuck in transit. I attempted to use their template email to contact them and received a response stating "package is on time and will not receive a refund". I didn't ask for a refund. I simply asked to correct the address.
I spoke with customer service reps at DHL eCommerce and the USPS and they were so helpful but stated I needed to contact the vendor, Silly Gear, who absolutely has no phone number or no way to contact them other than those email templates and their canned responses.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and encourage everyone else to do so. Companies cannot be allowed to take money and not deliver goods/services as contractually promised.

They e-mailed me on 11-18 saying it is in production process. 12-11-18 I requested to cancel the order.12-12 They responded they were having unexpected delays it would ship in 7-10 business days and gave me a 10% discount and that my cancellation was not approved! How can you not approve a cancellation when delivery should have been a month before?!
I have filed a claim with my credit card company. Silly Gear is also saying that the poster has been delivered on 12-24-18. Almost 2 months after my original order they say it was delivered. I did not ask for a discount, I told them to CANCEL the order! "
