"I ordered on 7th October a picture that cost £26.25. It was a gift. The parcel was delivered in the UK a week or so later and I tracked the order with the link supplied. Several days after this I'd still not received my order so I contacted DHL who told me to go back to the store. They told me it takes 10 days. At the beginning of November I contacted again as still no sign. No apology was given. No solution to my problem was given. I was asked to wait. I waited a further week at which point the need for the occasion had approached and past. I got in touch again and asked for a refund as they'd not got back to me. I was told it was against their policy to refund. They messed me around for 3 weeks! I finally got my refund when I quoted consumer right law and that I would go to an ombudsman. Absolute shocking service. Do not use under any circumstances. I'm almost glad the pi tire never arrived as having read the reviews apparently the quality is poor. I wouldn't know this because even after 7 weeks my parcel hadn't arrived!!! "

I ordered my sisters wedding gift on the 10th of October. ONE MONTH LATER - I call DHL (the courier) to find out where it is and how much longer it will take. The man was incredibly rude and refused to give me any answers.
A few days had passed, I contacted this store asking if they knew anything and they said they're sending out another one.
I call DHL to see if the first one was going to still come any time soon and they told me it had been DELETED. No explanation, no notification - NOTHING.
There is no way to contact Silly Gear Store other than email which they don't respond to. They don't reply to Facebook messages, they use a crap courier to ship their products, now im guessing i definitely won't receive my products within two weeks which is when i need them buy - especially after all of these reviews:

They told me it was in transit from China (it's advertised as American) and it has been "waiting to fly to Canada" for weeks now. "Unprofessional and Discourteous
Placed an order on Cyber Monday. 4 days later the order still showed as "processing" so I called them. They now claim the item has been discontinued. If their web site had indicated that on Monday, I would have ordered a different item. Now they won't honor their discount code for a substitute. A reputable company either keeps their website current with actual stock, or keeps its commitment once a sale has been made. "
"I love this site! Not only did I get the ifrogz swerve cover I ordered for my iPhone 4, I got it super quick!! Which surprised me considering the shipping is free, today is Saturday and I ordered it late Monday afternoon. Also the ifrogz website is sold out of this particular case-but mygearstore had it! Plus I found an online coupon and saved 6 dollars!!! I will never get any covers for my iPhone 4 any where else! Mygearstore is awesome!!! "

"Sounds weird, but contrary to almost everyone else I have had two successful purchases from them. First was a single iPhone case 6-8 months ago and second was 7-8 iPhone cases I bought when they had a big sale on. I honestly expected them to screw up my order by either not shipping all the items or shipping some of the wrong items or both but they nail it AND the shipping was unbelievably fast for some weird reason. Only a couple days all the way to western Canada (mid BC) even though I chose the cheapest ground shipping. Couldn't believe it. Not that this review will help amongst all the others but based on my experiences I would actually recommend them."
"I ordered an Ipod arm band from this place. Recieved the item quickly and with no problems. BUT the things started to fall apart after only 4 uses. The velcro part of the strap started pulling away, and the entire thing become useless. I emailed them to see what can be done and they never replied. Horrible product. Horrible service. DO NOT get tempted by their low prices--you get what you pay for."
