"Need to allow several days for credit approval and then for them to get your order together and packed for shipping. This is additional to the 4-10 business days for actual shipping.
I ordered on Sept. 3; credit was approved on the 6th. It was packed on the 13th. I finally received the package on the 20th and it was just left in my mailbox without asking for signature!

"I placed an order for an engraved ring in late July and my charge card was hit for the total amount on August 5. By September 5, after getting a voice mail message the week before telling me my order was being shipping and I could call for the tracking number if I wanted it ... still no ring received. I called them. They said ring arrived damaged from the manufacturer and another would arrive at their warehouse the following Monday (9/9) and would be sent out and I should have it no later than 9/13. I agreed to wait that long. Still no ring as of 9/16 and I called to cancel the order and ask for a refund. They tried to talk me into waiting one more week. FORGET IT!!!! They did have my account credited, however, within 4 days of that call -- the only Right Thing they did!"
