Spoke to Jason today who could not pull up my invoice, and when I reached my husband he finally gave me the info as he bought on Amazon. And then when I called back a gentleman did not let me speak to Jason and told me that I have to go to a jewelrer and pay 20-30$ to have my ring soack in some kind of product for it to be white again...This info could have been given after I reviewed the first time...Not professional customer service either. The least he could have done is trnasfer me to the manager that I spoke too...
