"Customer service is horrible. Did I get my product? Yes. Did I get it on time? Nope. Did they care? Not at all.

I placed my order Wednesday evening and assumed they would recieve it Thursday. The product page said it'll ship 1 to 2 days. To me that means it'll be shipped on Friday so I selected 2-3 day deliver.

On Friday I emailed ordering in the afternoon to see if it had shipped. Never got a response from my email.

Tuesday I get an email with an ordering number saying it'll arrive in 4 days. I paid for 2-3 day deliver, but I'm not getting that. The email also states my order was packaged on Thursday, but not shipped until Tuesday. I emailed their customer service. I asked why it took 4 business days to ship when the site said 1-2. I asked why it is taking 4 days to be delivered when I paid for 2-3. My response was nothing.

I will not do business again with this retailer. Their customer service does not care to respond, both the ordering department and the customer service department. It is clear to me that the deliver service I paid for was not the one used. And they have no urgency to get the product to the buyer if it sits around for four days before going to shipping.

If you decide to buy from them do ground and don't expect to get your order for quite some time. They don't move fast. Also, don't email them, they don't respond."
