"Ordered on 5/30, was told that product was in stock & that it would be sent out next business day. Waited for approximately 2 weeks called & they said it was with the jeweler being resized. I have a feeling they forgot to ship as within minutes of getting of the phone I get an email that it shipped. I now get this email that the product has been delivered but when I track the package is in PA and will be received on 6/18. Hope I am happy with the product once I receive."

I initially was very excited about this website and the promises that were made regarding pricing and delivery. I shared the website with my friends and family.
However, I have yet to receive my purchase and am becoming increasingly more annoyed with the customer service. The first customer service agent I spoke with assured me I would receive the ring at the latest Monday, June 10th 2013, but clearly he was misguided.
