I initially was very excited about this website and the promises that were made regarding pricing and delivery. I shared the website with my friends and family.
However, I have yet to receive my purchase and am becoming increasingly more annoyed with the customer service. The first customer service agent I spoke with assured me I would receive the ring at the latest Monday, June 10th 2013, but clearly he was misguided.
As of right now, I won't be using www.myjewelerybox.com to puchase any more product, unless something is done hastily to alter my experience."
