I opened the package and wanted to cry... scratches, and chips on the face and edges of both diamonds...to say I was enraged is a definite understatement! I called and spoke to Allan in customer service. He was actually the same rep I had spoke with when I called to confirm my order...great procedure by the way to protect customers from internet credit card purchase thefts, but when I heard it was Allan again I thought to myself, 'this company must be a fraud", and was saddened because I had browsed their merchandise, and knew I would buy more from this company until now. After whinning, (rightfully so) to Allan, and being placed on hold for about three minutes, he returned saying they were going to send me a return label, and reship my order once they receive confirmation from fed ex that I had sent the damaged order back. Now for the twist. On Tuesday I was emailed that my new order was on the way, and due to arrive Friday (the birthday).This was before I had sent the damaged earrings back. Well today is Thursday, and the gift is here with a day to spare...and they are BEAUTIFUL! I also got a 20% off coupon, Thanks Allan! This was my first purchase, and even with the inconvenience, in the end I give my experience a invisible 5 stars."
