"I placed an order on Apr 30 that said the item was "in stock." It didn't ship out until May 7. When I called to inquire as to why it took so long the staff was helpful to the best they could be. I explained it was for an anniversary gift, and was told they were cancelling the order so that they could resend a new order with overnight shipping (on them). When I finally received the jewelry, I received 3 orders of the same bracelet - 2 of which had broken clasps, and 1 that was missing a diamond. I give their customer service a 5/5, but the merchandise and the warehouse get a 0/5."

"The Extra 20% off is false advertisement b/c the coupon does not say 20% off only if the item is not on sale. I have purchased several items from My Jewelry Box and have never been able to use the coupons you send out with my purchases.
