The wedding band for my husband was not even the correct ring. I sent it back to exchange it for the correct ring. I sent it back 5/10/13 using the FedEx tag provided. It is now 5/22/13 and you still have not received it or returned it. The wedding is coming up 5/26 - I ordered a second replacement ring on 5/15/13 in hopes to have a band in time... I still have not received it yet. I'm getting very frustrated as I've now paid for three rings and only received one. "
