"I didn't get the right phone case. So I contacted them through email as soon as I got it and never got a response. I ordered a zte zmax case for my husband but got a pink lg case instead. The receipt is for some lady. What am I supposed to do? They won't respond to my email. I just want the case I ordered. Worst experience I've ever had"

"Website touts that they ship within 24 hrs. NOT TRUE! Quick customer response to a questions, NOT TRUE! shipping label was made 48 hrs, here it is 7days after order was placed and it hasn't shipped yet?!! Way to go MYPHONECASE, great service! Do not use these people! Needed the product days ago!"
