Scammers for sure!

"I ordered 2 phone cases on August 21st and they were paid the same day. I have also received a tracking notice telling me a "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item." I still haven't received my phone cases. I did locate a phone number listed along side the debit explanation on my bank account. If anyone want to give it a try, the number is: ***-***-****. All I can get is a recording saying this number does not have a voice mail set up yet. Maybe if we all call, they will get tired of us and answer their damn phone!"

Finally got my phone case

"I ordered a phone case on august 6 and i finally recieved it on august 17. The shipment arrived in good condition and it was exactly what i had ordered but thinking it was a scam company because of the reviews i had ordered the same case from amazon and recieved it in only 3 days. The only problem i had was it took to long for it to be shipped to me both companies shipped the same case amazon in3 days and this company it took 11days."

DO NOT BUY

"I purchased 2 cases and a screen protector, I have gone to their web site day after day to check the status of my order. When I try I get a response " no order found " , but they sure found my money!!!!!!!!! I have sent as of date 4 emails because there is no phone number given to call and have received NOT ONE answer. I have turned it over to my credit card for fraud and they said they will handle it from here. I do not want others taken like I and so many others have. I found them on Amazon to order from, I am contacting Amazon to let them know about company advertising on their web site. I wish I had found this site before I ordered. "

"The case never arrived when I finally got them to contact me back they told me it wasn't there fault and to check with the post office then when I still haven't received tried contacting them again and still no response. they don't even provide a contact number DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"

Unresponsive, untrustworthy, inexecrable

"Ordered a phone case on July 3rd and received a so-called "shipping confirmation" from MyPhonecase on July 6th. It is now the afternoon of July 18th and the USPS tracking number they provided still indicates that the package is in 'pre-shipment' and has not yet been dropped off at the post office. This makes me worry about whether I will ever get my order at all or if I was out-and-out scammed, because when a seller says a product has shipped and it still hasn't been received by the Postal Service nearly two full weeks later it leads me to believe they are trying to deliberately mislead me!

I ordered from Myphonecase because they had a reasonably large selection and prices that seemed fair. I do not want Amazon to be a one stop shop for all my online shopping, but I can be 100% sure that if I had ordered a phone case from them that I would have had it more than 10 days ago! If my product is not in transit by the end of the day tomorrow, I intend to report this shambolic outfit to the Better Business Bureau.

I do not know if they are literally trying to rob people or if they are just incompetent, but clearly these people couldn't run a bath!

Bad Business

"I ordered a phone case on July 3rd and here its July 17th and no product. USPS has not receive product. Very disappointed customer. I sent 3 messages through contact and no response. I will be contacting business bureau about them."

Delayed Delivery

"About the same as everybody else. Ordered product got a email with a pre shipment label and nothing two weeks later. No response to emails at all. No phone number either. Horrible customer service. Just goes to show how easy it is to be in business and not even perform. DONT SUPPORT THESE CROOKS!"

Absolute Rip-Off

"I ordered my phone case on May 29th, 2017. They contacted me and said that the case I ordered was out of stock and wanted to know if I would accept another case. I then selected the same case in another color. They agreed that they had it and said they would send it right out. This was on June 1st, 2017. I have still not received my replacement phone case even though I have emailed them several times. Today is June 26th, 2017."

"I was very skeptical after reading all these reviews and wishing I had read these prior to ordering but, I am very impressed with the Samsung Galaxy S8+ zizo Bolt case, zizo case Crimson and screen protector 2 pack. I contacted them on the fifth business day after i had'nt heard anything on my order (no email w/S&H info) per their direction on their site and not using Yahoo email. Later that day I received a pre-shipment Label for USPS. Six days later I received my shipment from MyPhoneCase.com. They aren't very responsive to you on their Contact us link but be patient. 11 days waiting to receive my stuff with normal shipping is Good! I am very pleased with the two cases & screen protectors for under $40.00. I rate them a 5 for phone cases but a 4 for unresponsiveness. "

"Litterally just took my money and I have yet to receive anything on a shipping date of 3-5 days order. Its been over a week. They have no way of communicating. I'm reporting them and will be getting my money back. "

"Absolute rip off! They don't respond to any messages. I also ordered my case over a week ago and having received it yet even though I got the quicker shipping offer. Very bad things should happen to the owners of this website for ripping people off and getting away with it

Terrible

"I ordered an iPad Air 2 case and it came right away. However it didn't fit my iPad Air 2. Customer service told me to send it back and I must have an iPad Air. I sent back and nothing has been done. I now have no case and no refund. This company is horrible. It's been over a month and a half. Plenty of time for them to take care of this."

Buyer beware

"I wanted a battery case for an iPhone 6S Plus and liked the look of a "Power Bank" case (white) they had. I ordered on April 23rd and got confirmation that the item had shipped on April 26. (?)

The pack arrived on May 2, six days later. So far, so good. But by May 6th (four days later) the case's power button had, somehow, gotten depressed below the case's cover and could not be accessed.

Emails and emails with photo, were sent to ****@****. I have yet to receive any reply (even a reply that said my email had been received.

Paid with a debit card so I expect I'm SOL.
