"I purchased 2 Blackberry Torch AT$T phones from this outfit. I received them DOA (great service) paid 40$ and got them in a couple of days. Usually I always make sure that the company or seller is reachable preferably by phone But, beware...these people have no address; will not give an address, only a PO Box. (It already becomes shady). Finally when I speak to someone (male) No names, he claims batteries are dead and upon an additional payment of 40$, he will send two batteries (to be reimbursed when I return the bad batteries). A charge is made to my card (very expeditiously & efficiently. Time goes by and after a couple of days I call to find out what happened (no batteries, No tracking numbers. No Name woman claims that batteries did leave the no address business. After 8 days, call again and no name man does not have a tracking number. Conclusion..Lies and promises that batteries will arrive in a matter of another five days. I decline the offer and cancel the whole deal. The 40$ for the batteries are returned to my bank account 3 days later and I claim full refund for the phones which in turn I did deliver back to N1's PO Box. Luckily USPS does insure and certify delivery. Anyway after a couple of complaints by mail I get the refund of only the phones but not the 40$ Shipping. So...I end up spending 62$ for two worthless phones in a shady website. I am taking action with my bank and will take this issue to the ultimate consequences. I am a businessman and if we make this sort of mistake, we feel as a serious company that expenses should be picked up by us in order to keep a happy client. Previously I bought 3 phones from these (no name) people and had no problems. But believe me it is indeed the last time."
"I'll have to deduct a star for inventory control (2 out of 3 items getting backordered and then going out of stock). Other than that, my experience with N1 was quite decent - they kept me updated via email as the inventory status changed, responded quickly to emails about how I wanted to handle things (including offering alternatives that were in stock), and the one time I called on the phone I reached a person without any delay or difficulty. The phone conversation and emails were pleasant and professional. The portion of my original order that was in stock was shipped in a timely fashion, was decently packaged, and worked fine. I don't buy cellphone stuff all that frequently, but based on my own experience I'd certainly take a look on their site the next time I was in the market for a cellphone/headset/etc."
"NO PROBLEM AT ALL.SUPER FINE PRICES, HONEST AND UNBELIEVABLY FAST DELIVERY!"
"I never purchased an unlocked phone before but the customer service people were really informative and helpful in making a decision. The phone arrived quickly and was better than I was expecting. I will probably purchase again."
"ALARM! KEEP AWAY from this shady business establishment!
After I’ve read some of the feedbacks, I realized how the situations of other customer are similar to mine. That has to make YOU, dear buyers, think it`s not a single instance when people receive junk stuff, when no one answers your calls or e-mails, when the company (I don’t even want to call them a “company”) says they didn’t receive the phone back while the USPS says to you the contrary. It’s not only about their poor customer service, the company itself is just a mickey-mouse outfit: the seller-the supervisor all in one person is a latino guy who hardly can speak correct English; they have a lady (always the same) who once in a while can answer you call. This is it, you cannot contact anyone else. If you don`t want to get in trouble by having a junk stuff in your hands, just find another seller.

"Bought a razr 90 days ago.. it fell apart, they wouldn't fix or replace it."
"Ordered a bluetooth headset as a birthday present for my mother, got the confirmation emails that everything was fine, and that it would be shipped shortly. Well, every day, I would ask my mother if her package had arrived, and every day it was a no. After 11 days, I sent them an email asking what happened, I got no response.
At day 17, I sent them another email giving them one more chance to communicate before I alerted the Better Business Bureau...they promptly sent me an email back (within minutes) informing me that my card had been refunded and either there was a problem with the credit card, or that the product was not in stock, as the website clearly said it was at the time of order.
It took them 17 days and two follow up emails to tell me that.
I will take great pleasure avoiding them in the future like the plague. How they are still in business is beyond me. Trained monkeys could do a better job than those clowns.

"Crappy store. I purchased a "new" $200 phone from them in September of 2010. There have been glitches leading up to this point but finally last week, the phone started turning off anytime calls were made or received. And because I didn't get a warranty they won't help me troubleshoot it at all and referred me to LG. Guess what LG says? They can't do anything about the phone either because it was not made to be sold in US markets. Great....Oh yeah BBB gives them a F rating."
"DO NOT ORDER ANY PHONES FROM THIS COMPANY . I ORDERED A PHONE FROM THEM AND NOT ONLY DID IT COME 2 WEEKS LATE BUT THE PHONE DID NOT WORK . THEY WOULD NOT LET ME RETURN THE PHONE OR GET MY MONEY BACK . I PAID LOTS EXTRA FOR SHIPPING AND IT CAME VERY LATE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . DISHONEST COMPANY . ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE PROBABLY TRUE , AND ANY GOOD REVIEWS THEY GOT ARE PROBABLY FAKE AND POSTED BY MEMBERS OF THE COMPANY . YOU SUCK N1 WIRELESS. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. ORDER FROM ANYWHERE BUT HERE ,AMAZON ,EBAY , ANYWHERE BUT HERE."
"I ordered a bluetooth car speaker kit from them in early Feb 2011. They shipped the product with an incomplete shipping address. USPS couldn't deliver it, then lost track of it. Now the "fine" folks at N1 say they cannot ship a replacement until the USPS returns the mislabeled one. Meanwhile they have my money, I have no product and the USPS is clueless as usual.
Great customer service.
Do not shop here, or do so at your own peril.
You an see the response from the company below. The address info did end up being incorrect, mstly due to the crappy front end software. However it was this software that accepted the order, then it went through their shipping department who shipped the product with an incomplete address. Their software to process the credit card payment worked just find, they have their $50.99 but I don't have the order.
So just how long do I need to wait for the USPS, who admit they do not know where the package is, to return it?
Maybe it's time to file a claim or to do what most companies would do either return my money or re-ship a replacement now.
The reason for the response here is that no one picks up the phone at their customer service line."
"I have nothing but good to say. I've ordered 3 times from n1 & had only 1 problem and they fixed it with no questions. Every time my order arrived faster than i exspected also. So i suggest it to anyone ordering online.
Thanks n1 and assotiates.

"This is for all you online buyers that do your homework and are struggling to decide if you are going to get burned buying a phone from an online reseller. I am and I did. I bought two new Blackberry 8220 Pearl Flip phones from N1 for Christmas. The two I originally ordered were not actually available in stock...which I only found out about after I contacted them. The two red phones were exchanged for black phones and I thought everything was good. When the phones arrived I noticed the order wasn't complete. Another phone call, another not in stock (as the website had claimed they were in stock)...another dissappointment. I will say the people I talked to were nice but it was still frustrating. I gave the phones to my girls on Christmas day, charged them up, turned them on and one of them instantly started rebooting continuously...basically right out of the box. After a week of changing batteries (I had purchased a couple of extras), software reload attempts, nothing. Called N1 (third time) and was told to ship it back. $10 in shipping and waiting 3 weeks with no reply I called again (call #4). Was told they didn't have any of that model in stock (even though their website showed they did) and they had refunded my money 3 days earlier (when were they going to tell me?). Well enough, I guess, except I now had $20 of accessories and paid $10 to just get my original purchase price back. Then to top it off, the second phone went into constant reboot. Called N1 immediately and was told there was nothing they could/would do. They actually did it quite nicely...which only made it all the more tougher to swallow. Kind of like, "Oh, I'm sorry - there just isn't anything I can/will do for you." I asked if she would check with a supervisor to see if an exchange to could made with something else. "No. I'm so sorry there just isn't anything we can do." So...for all of you that thinking of taking the chance to pay discounted new phone prices through an on online reseller like N1, just realize there is a substantial risk that just might not be worth taking. I know I won't be. Basically I wasted a month and a half of my time, disappointed two daughters who got lemon Christmas presents, have phone acessories that are useless to me...while paying $140+ for the privilege. Take my advice...look elsewhere for your online cellular purchases."
"I had no problems with my order or product. My order was processed quickly and USPS even delivered in a couple of days.
I would use N1 Wireless again."
"Ordered an LG Xenon in December which was lost in the mail due to my error. Finally the phone was returned to N1 by the post office and N1 was kind enough to send it out to us right away. After a week of using it we find that sometimes the person on the other end is unable to hear us speaking. Called N1 today, had no problem getting through, and they have agreed to swap phones with us. I was quite relieved because after reading some of these reviews I was alarmed. I will follow up when then swap is complete but so far I have found N1 great to work with."
"I have been using N1wireless.com for years, and I am still blown away by them, their prices, and customer service! I can readily recommend this site over any other retailer out there!
Even if N1wireless doesn't have the lowest price, (which is rare) I would still buy from them ."
