"Am really disappointed with their services. I recieved my phone(nokia 7370) and it was an old phone, so I had to return it for a new one and it never came.When I called them, they said they never recieved my phone, however usps confirms the phone was delivered. No one answers their phone when you call their line. Am urging people not to buy from this company. I have edited my review because the company have now responded and have given me a refund for the phone."

"Jawbone Aliph II Headset

Did not come in box, came wrapped in plastic. Also did NOT include the two ear buds, the two ear loops or the usb magnetic charging cable. Called contact numbers, nobody answered. Sent email today, waiting for a response. Called credit company just in case a refund needs to be made.

"I ordered an LG xenon GR500 and the first phone I received had two letter V's on the qwerty keyboard so I returned it. Then the next LG xenon GR500 I received made random beeping/electronic noises that could not be stopped. Obviously I think they are sending out refurbished phones and not new ones. They answer their phones about half the time. Fax didn't go through. I used their messaging system and never received a response. I finally got an answer on the customer service line today and I was informed that they did receive my return (it took them 3 days to get it from the post office) and to give them 1-3 days to process the exchange. They suggested another phone for me since I kept getting defective LG's so I took the offer but if this phone is bad too, i'm requesting a full refund and not paying their 20% restocking fee because they sent me two bad phones already. Customer service is kinda helpful but they are real short about issues. Sales was a breeze of course! I would NOT buy from this company again."

"[UPDATE 01/29/11] N1 Wireless attempted to contest the refund by telling my credit card company that I had not returned the phone. What N1 Wireless forgot to mention was that I have been waiting for weeks for them to send me a shipping label. The credit card company decided not to recharge the refunded amount because they saw that I have done things in good faith. N1 Wireless, send me a shipping label if you want your phone back! You are the lamest business I have ever had to deal with!

[UPDATE 01/05/11] N1 Wireless did not contact me back, so I filed a dispute claim with my credit card company. I got my money back, but I still haven't heard from them--my opinion of their very poor customer service still stands. I've contacted them again about sending me a shipping label because I'm not paying for shipping to return the item. If you're in a similar situation, I suggest going the same route as I did. Maybe after enough forced refunds, N1 Wireless will wake up and start doing something about their mistakes.

I purchased an unlocked LG GD580 from n1wireless. There is nothing on the product description indicating that it is used or refurbished. When I received the product, I noticed that the seal on the box was broken, the box itself looked old, the phone did not have the sheen that a new phone usually had, and there were some faint scratches on the phone. It is obvious that this is not a new phone.

I wrote in a support request, and gave them 3 options:
1) Send me a shipping label and refund me the whole price without a restocking fee
2) Send me a new replacement and a shipping label for the first phone
3) Give me a 20% refund for keeping a used phone

I'm giving them a week to respond. If they don't do anything about it by then, I will take things into my own hands and contact my credit card company for a refund. I will update my rating/review based on how they respond.

I am very unhappy that I have to go through this crap. They need to put information about the condition of each product on their website.

"My friend ordered two of these and was talking about it and I was so excited to get one for myself. She uses it all the time and I never had a hard time hearing her or her hearing me.

I have yet to use it but have found it very comfortable to wear. I know from her experience that I will be just as pleased as she is with hers.

"Ordered a S9 HD headset (white). Nowhere in the add did it list as refurbished item. Called the customer service number to check the ad to ensure item was new and was told "Yes." Ordered the item, and received a open box "used" item with signs of wear. Been calling and sometimes the number just rings thru and no answer. No emails or comments and communication is terrible. Called back today and finally received a response. The person on the line was not friendly and hardly understandable. He told me my replacement shipped out on the 20th. Lie. Shipping info was received. That doesn't mean it shipped, means they intend to ship a product and the postal service hasn't received the item yet. Was ensured that I would get what I ordered which is a new headset. Now not so sure if that will be true. Will see. Had to also spend additional money shipping it back which is unfair. STAY AWAY. This Company is EVASIVE, UN-TRUSTWORTHY and a swindlers."

"I had bought a Samsung B3410W for $167.99 and when I opened the package the phone box wasn't the original and the phone looked used. I returned it to them and got the RMA# and was charged for a restock fee of 20%, shipped it to them and it has been three weeks and I still have not got my money back, also they won't answer the phone and no e-mail reponse, nothing.
I suggest that you call them before buying and check other things and if you do happen to buy from them, don't return it just keep the phone, even if you may not be satisfied with it.

"STAY AWAY! Ordered a BlueAnt Q2 headset. Arrived DOA and missing parts. Filed a RA request within 2 days of receipt. Sent an email describing problem. Never heard back from them. Checked their website and my RA was refused saying it was beyond the 15 day return time."

Instead of Jawbone noice cancelation headset has arrived cheap FAKE which was not fitting into ear. The picture on web site even not close to real appearance except only black color.
Damage included shipping $38 USD. Return policy web page opens code 404 - does not exist.

"Ordered a S9HD motorola bluetooth headset. It was used. Only the right side worked. Could not log back into the account at website. Called, message box was full. Could not leave a message.
