"I ordered a ICON Rogue bluetooth as it was probably the cheapest one advertised. The shipping was expensive but it did arrive quickly and I haven't had any issues with it. Overall cost was the reason why I chose this vendor.
The bluetooth was supposed to come with some charge but it arrived dead. They sent me an offer for a free car charger if I filled out this survey but they have not responded back to me about it. I guess once they get there money then that the end of customer service. "
"Was supposedly "Brand New" Jawbone Icon Rogue Bluetooth in box, when item was received, it had been opened (agent on phone assured me that it was for testing purposes only). The unit had also been left on so the battery was completely drained. When unit was hooked up to my computer for updates, 3 phones came up on the bluetooth (a droid, blackberry, and a GZ One Boulder). Why did they need to test this unit on 3 separate phones for??? This sounds suspicious. The unit did appear to be used as their was some scratches on the bluetooth. Battery is poor also. Holds a charge of 2 hours MAX/4. I am working with Jawbone to get this issue addressed with the battery. I am pretty sure this is because of the issue with the unit being left on. Customer service is so so, I had to call back 4 separate times to talk to N1Wireless.com, because every time i would call i would get a message saying that No agents are available to take my call. I was like what? are their no agents their at all??? Finally someone did answer? Ok. Whatever.... In my opinion stay clear away from these people at all cost. They claim to have the product "New in original packaging". And unit was clearly used. Stay AWAY at all costs. Thank You."

"I purchased a Motorola Universal Bluetooth Headset from NI Wireless. It arrived dead. It failed to charge. N1 Wireless return policy was impossible to satisfy. The purchaser must search through multiple windows in their website, fill out a Return request(labeled as a RMA in tiny letters in the side panel), and wait for a response, (24-48 hours) The second issue is that although the website infers N1 will communicate with you via email, you MUST enter not only their site but specifically go to their return products section, in order to find their response and hope for a return authorization before you can actually exchange a defective product. I finally received an email from them (not for the actual RA but only asking me for specifics so they could process my RA, and then they never sent the Return Authorization. So I received a dead product, they failed to follow through to exchange it for me, and I have filed a claim with my credit card company. This discount seller was definitely not worth the alleged savings. "
