"I will not recommend this vendor based on my personal experience. I bought a Motorola Z3 Rizr from this vendor which was supposed to be a brand new phone but when it arrived it had all the signs of a refurbished phone. The manual was a color photostat, charger didn't have a motorola log on it and had some peeled off sticker. Phone doesn't look brand new either."

"Ordered 2 items, one being a Aliph Jawbone with a 2yr warranty and extra car/travel charger kit. Received emails confirming the order, and informing me the items were shipped. I had noticed that the car charger/travel charger kit was not listed with the other items, but the charge to my card was correct, so I let it ride. I received the items quickly and opened them to find the charging kit not there. I immediately contacted the Company, not an easy thing since I kept being told they were busy. However, I did finally get through and after some convincing, the customer service rep agreed to send the missing kit. 2 weeks went by, and nothing. I called again, which took several days to get through, and emailed. Upon talking this next time, I had to go round and round explaining the situation. Finally they once again agreed and quickly sent out the missing item. I read other reviews and found similar or worse problems. I am on the fence about ordering from this company again. "

"I would never order from this company again!! Not only did they send me a defective phone, but they were not accessable by phone or internet for a refund or return. After numerous calls and e-mails they would not honor their warrenty, because THEY did not get to us in 7 days!! SHAMEFUL!! Legal actions have begun! "

"Attempted to purchase unlocked cell phone(s) from this seller and had a horrible experience. Waited for over a month for order to be filled, with little communication from seller, other than getting order cancellation notices. Believe that they advertise items at prices, knowing that they will never will be filled. "DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!. They are practicing false advertisement and are scammers.
I ordered Southwing SA505 bluetooth headset from them. This is the second time I ordered. The first time was a pleasant experience. I received the order in an unopened, manufaturer's box. The device worked well, like new, just as I ordered. I decided to order another one. This time there was a generic looking whitebox inside that they slapped a Southwing label on. Inside the box, I receieved a charger and quick start guide, BUT NO HEADPHONES!!!. I called, had a hard time getting through. When I finally did, I was put on three times. I finally spoke to a customer service "supervisor", by the name of Albert. I told him the situation. The headphones were not in the box even though the packaged was intact. He insisted that I have them and there was nothing he could do for me but offer me a car charger for headphones that I do not have. They are a bunch of scammers. They are based in NY and you can tell that by their attitude that they do not mean well. DO NOT BUY FROM NY BASED ONLINE COMPANIES unless they are nationwide. They are run by foreigners looking to scam us. The FBI should look into them.

"We bought a phone from this company and they sent a phone that was reported stolen. We have tried to call N1 wireless to return it and nobody answers their phone making it impossible to contact anyone regarding this issue which has now gone on for 2 weeks and I still have no phone and haven't heard back from N1. This is the worst service I have ever had and I'm preparing to get legal advice as what the next step is in order to make sure that this doesn't happen to another person. N1 wireless may not even be a legitimate company. If it is, it could very well be one person working out of their garage. I do not recommend anyone doing business with N1 wireless."

"I made a blackberry purchase with an intn'l credit card, it went through but my order got frozen for verification purposes, then when I sent them verification documents my order went through, but the item was not sent right away, I had a deadline and I explained to them about it so I went ahead and called when I found out the phone had not left warehouse yet I got real mad, they explained that the one I ordered they didn't have in stock anymore so I agreed to get a different version of it and upgraded the shipping paid extra $25 for overnight and was offered by chinese supposed MANAGER a set of extra items for free as a compensation for the delay and all the inconveniences, phone arrives 3 days later not the day after without any of the freebies, called in and they said it didn't get sent so they would taker care of it, 3 weeks went by called again and they said sorry we will send it, I started investigating through the post office thinking I might be getting robbed but my mailbox has a lock so they proceeded to track their mailings, today I called again they said they have notes saying sent 2 packages and they can't do anything else, I asked for tracking number, there's none, asked for any proof that they sent it, there is none, called the post office repeatedly to see if package turns out lost or wrong address or return to sender, and nothing, the supposed to be manager is a rude, bitter, yelling and very unpolite person, they hang up on you when they have no answers, he screams at you and treats you like poop, unfortunately this purchase was made by me for somebody else and cannot dispute the charges but I would definitely take some of my money back at least for the inconvenience caused because I did received the main item ordered, now that does not justify the way I was treated by this person, it was a horrible experience the worst costumer service I've ever had, the most dificult company to reach and deal with and they left me very dissapointed on their performance overall, can't say anything good about them about their costumer service and would not recommend to anybody to buy from because once you encounter a problem they get harder and harder to reach and it's imposible to mediate with them and they treat you like you don't deserve respect, "the customer is always right" does not exist for this people, they are also liers, because in the post office after investigating for a couple of weeks they couldn't find any record of them mailing me any package even though they said they sent 2, very ashaming. In other word, They suck, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, SPECIALLY DO NOT TALK TO THE JAPANESE GUY WHO PROCLAIMS TO BE THE MANAGER HE IS AN ASS AND WILL SCREAM AND LIE AT YOU!"

"While I hate to cast doubt or negative thoughts over people's business I guess in this instance, while I'm still being hopeful I need to voice out.

Place an order 8th September 2009 for a Blackberry 9530 phone, I had to keep emailing Sales for them to acknowledge receipt of order, request I send my creditcard/ identification details and also for them (n1 Wireless) to change order status to shipped.

I guess that offended them as I was finally told my order shipped 25th September 2009. Now during placement of order, I paid for shippment via USPS Priority Mail International (5-8 business days) to Ghana (Africa) and the tracking number I was given which should have enabled me track my order online via USPS website came in the format Order LJxxxxxxxxxxUS.
Result: I've been going over and over to the post no luck, checked status online via USPS 'No Record' was found, tried calling USPS no luck, sent emails to n1Wireless for review of tracking number no luck. You all can imagine my frustration.

It makes one to wonder where all the good/bad remarks come from....sincere or just make believe only God can tell. all the same I'll keep on hoping.

I look forward coming back here to give a favourable review and retract whatever negative impression this might have caused N1 Wireless when I finally received my order.

"I ordered my phone on the 5th, called a million times and kept getting hung up on or put to a machine, and on the 19th finally got them to answer a phone only to have them say they sold me a phone that WASN'T IN STOCK. They then tried to say they might have it in another 'maybe' 3 months! I had to argue for 10 minutes until they finally agreed to give me a refund, and I'm STILL waiting for the money to come back to my account. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!"
