"I bought a plantronics voyager 520 for 30$ around 10$ less than amazon or any other store. I found out today that it is refurbished. Beside the charging port the word 'REFURB' is scratched in an attempt to make it less visible. I will never purchase from them again if I want to buy 'NEW' stuff. "This was the worst experience I've ever had buying anything online. N1 Wireless has to be the worst e-tailer on the web especially with their lack of customer service.
I ordered 15 Aliph Jawbone 2 Bluetooth Headsets from N1 Wireless for holiday gifts. When I received the package, there were 15 white boxes marked Aliph Jawbone 2 on them, however, only 13 actually contained the headsets. There were two empty boxes in the package (not even packaging material inside of them).
I called Customer Support and was told all operators were busy and left a message. I also sent an e-mail to Customer Support requesting immediate resolution to the problem. A day later, I still hadn't received a response and left another message on their voicemail. When I finally got through to a live person, I was told that it was impossible that I only received 13 headsets - that their tracking mechanism was fool proof (they said they triple check them) and that they were not going to refund my money nor were they going to send the two missing headsets.
After having a heated discussion with the operator, he passed me onto his supervisor, "Steve" who reiterated the same thing. At that point, I was so aggravated and said "why would I lie"? I bought 15 of these headsets.
Steve assured me he would call back either that day or the next. Two days later, and I'm still waiting for a response from N1 Wireless."
"I ordered an unlocked refurbished phone, instead gotta a shabbily packed locked phone . Customer Service is pathetic and no one picks up the phone and you really have to be lucky if someone replies ... Check out there rating in Better Business Bureau website they are really bad .. never ever deal with these guys ..."

"I bought two bluetooth headsets from this company. The first one was broken when it arrived and it didn't work at all so I sent it back and ordered another one thinking they would just swap out the one.
Well the second one was also broken so I asked for a refund which they refused to give.
I argued with them for a while and the person on the phone actually yelled at me multiple times calling me a liar.
I was able to get back a meager $39.99 out of the $103.98 that I paid them.
This company is a huge rip off and they don't even ship you the real thing. They are cheaper because their products are fakes."

"This order was 'completed' through Google checkout. It was smooth and the order completed. The order came quickly and was in a nice package. Problem....1)The item sent was NOT what I had ordered. The invoice indicates my specific product but that was not was sent. 2)to add insult to injury the unit was DOA. I tried to contact them and I get put on hold...continually. Eventually I call back and electronic voice says no one can handle my call now please leave email. I do that....no response. I have an inferior product and it's DEAD. I'm out the money. I chose to have the bluetooth VMX100 sent by regular mail with no tracking and as much as it took 3 weeks to arrive in Toronto, Canada by regular shipping, it did get here. The accessory was missing from the order (car charger), customer support had no problem in forwarding the item.

Left for a business trip with broken phone, due to their inability to ship within 3 days. Could NOT reach them by phone, after MANY tries. Service voice-mail-box is full (do they even have a service department???). Called the number for sales, several times. NEVER was able to reach a HUMAN. Finally canceled the order by e-mail.
