Foremost, thank you for your prompt reply. However, as the current inconvenience is solely due to your company's negligence to provide more transparent communication, should your company like to keep my business, I request that:
1) I remain on backorder under the condition that I get a final charge that is a substantially significant amount of discount (no less than 40%) over the original price of the phone I had agree to pay for (which was $59.98). Either that,
or
2) I cancel the current order and your company allows me to purchase
a Sony Ericsson S500i-Quad Band GSM Unlocked Phone (Black/Purple/Yellow, depending on the soonest availability) with a reduced price by at least 40%,
inclusive of the C-Media Cingular/AT&T wireless configuration, the applicable 1-year (extended) warranty plan, and a Fellowest Universal Screen Protector,
or
3) your company suggest a form of compensation equivalent to the above suggestions for my highly unnecessary distress from this dispute.

It's sites like this that make people afraid to shop online. I ordered a Plantronics Voyager 855. According to the confirmation email the transaction was pre-approved and the item was being "processed". After 2 days without an update on the status I called the customer support number. The rep I talked to said that my card had been declined because the zip code on the card didn't match the one I gave them. I was told that I had to call my bank and ask them why the card was declined. So I called my bank and they said that there was no record of them even trying to run my card. I had to call back a dozen times before I got through again to a rep and then he put me on hold. After 10 minutes of waiting in silence I just hung up. Cell phone minutes aren't free. I tried again later and after another dozen tries I was able to talk to another rep. He said that the transaction was fine, but the item was out of stock and that's why it hadn't shipped. Nowhere on the site or in the confirmation email was it stated that the item was out of stock. There was no communication from the company about the status of my order. I guess that's not surprising seeing as THEY didn't even know what was going on with my order. Luckily I was able to cancel my order before I was charged. I felt like I was dealing with a couple of dropouts living in their parent's basement, selling off their stuff when they weren't looking. Avoid the hassle and go with a reputable company. "

The phone had a AT&T logo printed on it but when I switched it on, it is showing a T-Mobile splash screen. The battery came with some charge on it. Instead of wasting my time with the customer service people by returning the phone for a exchange and wasting some bucks on shipping thought of fixing it on a cell phone repair shop.

I bought the 2 year warranty - mailed it in without a member number as there wasn't one I saw - I have all my paperwork from the purchase including the box. After 3 months the light has gone out on the KS360 and I have now been put on hold for 25 minutes with no data collected about what phone or the invoice number and no explanation of why I am on hold. Prevously I have been unable to contact do to full mail boxes or disconnected phone calls. The emails do not get answered. What a waste. I hope this gets turned around. I'll certainly resubmit if it does!"

" My experience with N1wireless was terrible. I purchased a new cell phone. The phone arrived in a box with a broken factory seal (the seal stated “do not accept if this seal is broken”). The phone was packed sloppily, had fingerprints on the keypad, the protective film over the phone display was missing – this phone was obviously not new. Plus, it came with a European charger, which would require me to haul around an adapter wherever I used it, and this was not indicated when I made the purchase. I returned the phone on the strong evidence that N1wireless did not send me a new phone and requested a full refund. Instead, they gave me a refund that is $37 less than the price I paid, holding back the shipping charge and a 20% restocking fee. I spoke with a billing department supervisor to insist upon a full refund and he became insulting. In the end, N1 wireless got $37 of my money for sending me an item other than what I ordered.
N1wireless appears to have a culture of disrespect toward its customers. It's Better Business Bureau rating is “F” because of many unanswered customer complaints, and most of the complaints are over “refund and exchange” and “product” issues. An internet search shows that many others have had similar and worse experiences with N1wireless – there are complaints of items being advertised as new and instead being used or damaged, the work “refurb” scratched off of one product, empty boxes shipped instead of items purchased, and the absence of customer service and willingness to believe customer complaints. Just as with me, many others complain that certain employees of N1 wireless are rude, dismissive, and unwilling to believe customers when incorrect, broken, missing, or used/refurbished items are shipped by N1 wireless.
My strong recommendation is to never do business with N1wireless. It is very possible they will not ship you the item you ordered, and instead will ship you a refurbished or used item when a new one is advertised, or the item will be broken or have missing parts. When you complain, you will be met with denial and/or rudeness and will not get a full refund. My recommendation is the check out the Better Business Bureau ratings and internet reviews of other resellers and avoid N1 wireless. N1 wireless earned their BBB “F” rating through a pattern of dishonest and disrespectful behavior. Avoid N1 wireless."
