"do NOT place an order with nascar.com superstore - they are a rip off. I placed an order in May of 2013 for 3 preorder diecast cars. My credit card was charged IMMEDIATELY for the full price of all 3 cars. In June I received 1 of the cars and the expected shipment of the other 2 was supposed to be in July. On September 27th I called customer service asking why I had not received the other 2 cars yet and was told they were in stock and the rep didn't know why they were not sent to me & sent an expedited order to the warehouse to have them shipped. on 9/27, 11 days later, I still didn't have them so I called again. This time I was told they were not in stock & were expected to be shipped 10/31. Today (10/3) I received 1 of the cars but the invoice in the box indicated there both cars were in the order/shipment so I called customer service again asking why the invoice said there were 2 cars when there was only 1. This time I was told 1 of the cars was cancelled and I was issued a refund for $10 LESS than what I actually paid, after 30 mins I was finally told I would be issued the full $99.95 I paid in MAY! The customer service people have no clue what they're doing and neither does the whole company. I thought ordering from Nascar.com would be safe, figured they are a reputable company but the are NOT!!! they have no clue what they're doing and they charge credit cards for items they may never have to send to the customer. DO NOT order from them - they are a complete rip off!!!!"
"I placed an order for a Tony Stewart item(for a Christmas gift) at a great sale price and received one for Mat Kensith instead. When they received my return they were supposed to ship the Tony Stewart one as an exchange but instead `canceled`the order and gave me credit except for shipping which I had to call about.6 calls later I was told I had to buy it at the regular price($86 more)and they will`TRY`to adjust the price as `close` as possible to my original one `after`the purchase...So I get treated like the screwup was my fault. Why couldn`t they just do a simple exchange???

"Ordered a men's and women's customized hoodie sweatshirt for cross-country gifts and had them sent to the recipient. The men's was great and big for the XL (good b/c reviewers claim they shrink). The women's XL looked small. When tried on by two women who wear L shirts and 12 pants, they could not get the neck hole over their head! They do not have unusually large heads, they are not aliens... Called and was told that it was probably mistagged and could be a women's medium. I wear a medium, but I don't have a smaller head than my mother or sister's L size. An apology was given and a re-ship offered as long as the defective product was sent back. They sent a UPS label w/o the courtesy of a free pick up (more work for the recipient of the gift [who got to at least see what she would be getting when done right]). I was scared to even try a new one, especially with the customized return policy, but I stuck it through; for a month and a half (Placed order 11/23/10, today is 1/12/11). Got an email (just an email, not even a call) that the color was out, so they just cancelled my order on me. Would not change only the color via customer service without ringing up another charge. I still have to wait 3 weeks for my funds to be credited. Be wary. I feel "lucky" the men's worked out - would not even order one of those again based on the fear factor. Customer service was very "casual" with long hold times. I was shocked when I got the very same rep for two of my conversations. He told me that I could call at 6am to avoid 25 minute holds (honestly early for me to be getting on the horn). It sounds like the reps are all on mobiles - very uncomfortable and annoying. The rep that I spoke with the most also explained how there's only 12 of them and how they get busy... I was really surprised. I thought that an industry such as Nascar would be supporting customers with more reps. So very unimpressed - worse internet shopping experience in a very, very long time (and I'm an every other day shopper :))"
"Don't EVER order anything from NASCAR.COM!!!! It has been a NIGHTMARE! I ordered a present for my stepdad two weeks ago, and found out last night it would not arrive until the 30th! So I paid all over again and paid extra to overnight it. It did not arrive. So I got the tracking the number and UPS says it does not Exist!!!! So I call customer service and they hang up on me!!! Today is December 23rd, My Stepdad will not be getting a present this year thanks to them!"
"When I ordered some Earnhardt things from Nascar.com all the merchandise was not available, so it ended up being turned into 3 orders, which is fine. I noticed that they always kept me informed of the availability and I received them when they said they would be available. Turns out to be a great store."
