"Quite possibly the WORST customer service that I have ever encountered. I've never written a review for an online store but this experience made me furious.
I simply returned an item via return shipment with free returns (under shoprunner) and I still have NOT received the full amount of refund...it has been almost 3 weeks. The imbeciles at customer service could not comprehend that I was only refunded for the amount of the item... missing the $8.00 worth of tax that I had originally paid. I had to go through multiple useless calls and finally I was told that someone was going to call me to handle this dispute and IT HAS BEEN 6 DAYS and STILL NOBODY HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME. You would think that this popular site would have some decency to help out a customer with such a small problem.
I hope you guys learn how to respect your damn customers."

I tried to return tight shoes, and they had given me like 70 dollars in credit b/c originally they made a sh*t ton of mistakes.
So now I want either the 125$ value of the shoes I bought back to my card, or to store credit.
I've been on the f*ckin phone for AN HOUR AND A HALF ALMOST, and they STILL can't grasp the SIMPLE concept of a return item.
I think I'll end up calling corporate and letting them know those monkeys down in Georgia are idiots and don't know how to keep track of orders, or even use a calculator properly.

I ordered a custom jersey, custom shirt, for daddy & son... I ordered shorts and 2 tshirts for me & daughter.. As I was checking out I noticed that the shorts and mother daughter shirts was not going to arrive on time... It was July 26 and I needed the items by August 9... You would think after next day shipping option that they would get here on time, but the date if arrival still said after August 9..I called the 800 # and spoke to a Francisco who assured me that once in place the order online & called them back with the order #, he could put a rush order & have all items to me by aug 9...immediately after placing the order I called to give the order # and was told by another rep that was false information given & there is no such thing as notating the acct for rush order... I then told her that I would have to cancel part of the order and just keep the 2 personalized items that would get here on time... She then cancelled my entire order and I was force to repay for the personalized items after there company authorized my credit card for $145.. She assured me that it would get refunded... Well it is August 12 and I still have not received the credit in my account!! VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!!"
"The worst shopping experience ever. I placed an order of a custom jersey with my son's name on and waited for the shipment. I received the confirmation email with an estimated delivery date. On the day I was supposed to receive the item, I got an email saying my order got cancelled. wtf. why? So I wrote to the customer service asking I wanted to know why my order was cancelled and whether it was due to out-of-stock or other reasons because the page says the item seems to available for sale. Waited for their reply for 5 days. Wrote again. No nothing. I didn't expect this level of service from nba.com. Just don't bother buying anything from this site. it's on par with other fraud shopping sites."
"i have the same issue with this store. I ordered a jersey and shorts for birthday gift on 06/08/2013 said it would be shipped on MOnday they kept prolonging the date and now they cancelled the jersey but not the shorts. I called them back to cancel the shorts and they said I can't cancel it I would have to wait for them to ship out and then return. note the shorts haven't even been sent out yet either. the worst place to buy sports attire. never again!!"
"I place an order on 5/23 jersey for my son 1st bday. Expected delivery 6/3 to 6/5. Call them on 6/10 for update they havent ship it out yet that day wow that was so nice and they tell me it would take another 2 to 3 days for them to let me know whats going on. I have to cancel it. I should go to david stern to get this issue fix. Suck...."
"I will NEVER order from NBAstore.com again. I placed an order for a Laker's T on the 13th for a birthday party on the 20th and opted for the 2 day shipping. When I never received confirmation it was sent, I kept calling the customer line. The automated reply check and kept telling me it was being delivered on Wednesday the 17th. Nothing.....I finally got a hold of a live person on the the April 18th who said the order never shipped and she would try to expedite it overnight. I FINALLY, FINALLY got email confirmation 8 days after I placed my order that it was shipped and would get here Monday April 29th. AGAIN, no show. Checked the tracking. Guess what? Yes it was delivered the 29th....but to my post office and it would take another 2 - 3 days to be delivered to me. Almost 3 weeks after my order for a 2 day shipping order, 2 weeks late for the birthday boy. Worse customer service I have ever had online. "
"I ordered a jersey as a birthday gift with their overnight delivery service. They have a two business day delay before they send it (after they find it in stock... more delay). Then they sent it by 7 day ground. My overnight order is due to arrive sometime next week, a full two weeks after I ordered it. After arguing with a support rep, they refunded part of their absurd shipping costs. Thanks alot NBA.com. I guess I'll be trying the reliable discount sellers pushing merchandise from the back of their car outside the Staples Center next time. You just aren't worth the expense or the hassle."
"The products were great once I got them, and I liked the internet-only selection so I could buy the gift recipient something not found in stores that celebrated our local team winning the finals. I did get annoyed, though, that the site at first said my item was in stock, then turned around and said it wasn't. So, to compensate, I got another item from elsewhere and decided to save the other item for Christmas. The item from the NBA store then turned out to be in stock and shipped in time for the birthday.
I am glad that I got it in time and it just meant one more birthday gift going to that person, but I wish they had a more exact system for tracking their stock."
