Dont Deserve 1 Star

"I purchased items from this site (called nbafanjerseyshop.pro now- but has exact same format as NBA store above). The next day the fraud department from my bank called me and said that the site has given out my credit card details. A sum of $ 1700 was almost taken out but they stopped it and i had to cancel my card. I couldn't get the $100 the site charged me back though. I do not know if i will get the dodgy items purchased. They will not reply to my emails and i cant find a phone number for them- not that this would help. If you click on there refund policy at the bottom of the page you will see a fake certificate and the shipping details. ..etc are all written in very bad English. I hope no one else has had their credit card details given out after using this site. Check account. This nbastore and nbafanjerseyshop are the same scamming people. The site should be shut down. They havent given me a tracking number. I doubt i will get my purchase. Lets hope this scamming Chinese site gets shut down."

"I ordered a jersey they had on their NBA site listed for 89.95 but they said with the coupon they were given me for 5 dollars off would now cost me 84.95 (great I thought) nope! The 3rd party billing company went in and took 90.30 cents from my account and yes it did irritate me but I figured if I was able to get this jersey in time for Christmas it would be worth it. I later got an email stating they got payment and my order was on its way and they provided me with a link for tracking. Needless to say the tracking website was from China and it showed being posted on December 16 and nothing since. I have emailed the company numerous times but can't get anyone to address my concerns. I have seen some reviews where they say they have a telephone number for customer service for this company I would really appreciate it if you would share the contact number. I wish I had seen all these reviews before I placed this order but unfortunately I had to learn the hard way."

My first online review in 47 years! Aweful

"I ordered a shirt on the 12th, paid to have it shipped and delivered by the 23rd. I tracked it this morning and it was in NY, I live in MA so I called the company to see what was going on, they told me that the Fedex system was incorrect and it was being delivered to me today. I just called them and the lady put me on hold for 19 minutes and then said I picked a 30 day shipping period. I told her I had the email order confirmation and I was disconnected, I called back and was told sorry, nothing they could do. This was a Celtics shirt as a gift to wear to the Celtics game on Christmas Day! I will NEVER order from this company again."

"I ordered 3 jerseys 1 month ago. I need them by Christmas in two days. No response or any information. Do the jerseys really come? They had no problem charging my account right away! I'm simply annoyed! If I don't get the jerseys soon, I'm calling my bank! UGH"

"I wish I saw these reviews before I bought something from this site! I got an email with a tracking number saying it has been sorted on Dec 14 and no communication since. They won't answer my emails or anything! I see on past reviews people have had contact with someone, if anyone can share how to contact a live person, please let me know on a review and I will check back. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! iF i HAD KNOWN WHEN i PURCHASED THIS JERSEY THAT IT WASN'T IN THE USA, i WOULD'VE NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING!!!"

Same as everyone else- Shipping is a bait and switch rip off!

"Just as most are reporting this company is engaged in BAIT AND SWITCH shipping practices. They claim if you pay more for shipping you will get the items faster. Than 100% of the time they ship the slowest and cheapest way possible. When you call them the throw FedEx under the buss blaming them for the problem. They have even gone as far as starting the recorded portion of the call blaming FedEx for the delay in your shipping. We will NEVER purchase from these thieves again! "

WHAT A SCAM!

"I ordered a jersey the 28th of November, during a Black Friday sale, and I payed for a supposed 3-6 day shipping. Now, I am at 22nd of December with no news about my item, the e-mail service answered me 4 days later and they haven´t provided any information about the whereabouts of my purchase. I´m learning now that I´m not the only one with this problem, and I´m not the only one who has had his Christmas present ruined by NBAStore.eu. "

Shipping is horrible and misadvertised.

"They advertise FedEx shipping, and I ordered presents for my son for Christmas on December 11. The shipping is in fact NOT FedEx. It is something called SmartPost and won't arrive until December 29. They refuse to do anything to help out. Horrible customer service."

Shipping Gone Wrong

"I live in Tampa Florida and am visiting in Ohio December 7th. On November 30th I ordered a Lakers Lonzo Ball jersey and payed extra in shipping to receive the jersey December 6th. I received an email to confirming that the jersey had been shipped and showed that I did pay the extra to receive the package on the 6th. On December 4th I checked to see where the package was, using the FedEx Tracking and it said it would not be here till December 11th... I bought the jersey as a gift and now I will not have the gift in time and I will not be in the state when it arrives. I am very disappointed that they offered the shipping if it was not possible to fulfill. If I would have known I would have ordered the jersey from a different site. I will never order from them again."

Worst Ever!

"Just had a "lovely"chat session with one of the reps regarding an order that was places a week ago today. Following my oprder , i received an email with confirmation that it was shipped, but the tracking number did not work so i thought to myself ok sure. it will get here soon it has been shipped- false! They didn't even ship it!!! no one had notified me that the email that was sent the day after my order, that it was false and that my item is not even on its way. I needed this item by a certain date as it was a birthday gift, so with the delay now i decided to order somewhere else since they didn't want to provide express shipping after they made a mistake. I then asked for the refund and the agent said it cant be canceled since its already processed! What is this??!!!! they took my money right away and now they just want to keep it!
After a while, she said she will process a "ticket" and i will hear back from someone within 24-72 hours with their decision if they will cancel my order and refund me right away. This is ridiculous! I kept asking her questions and she kept saying thank you have a good day- didn't even try to resolve this for me even after I asked for a manager. I should have read the reviews before I placed an order! Dont order from them!!! Pay somewhere else a little more rather than this headache!

SIMPLE>NBA STORE **** BALLS.

"Okay, So I ordered my boyfriend a Kryie Irving Jersey and checked back a week later on the status of the jersey. I did NOT receive ANY email. NONE. Nothing saying it was shipped, delayed,cancelled, NOTHING. All I did was receive emails trying to make additional sales. So I logged into my NBA account to then find out that my order was "refunded". With no explanation as to why it was refunded, I called the NBA store. The agent that I spoke with informed me that the size I ordered was sold out, which is cool, but WHY did I not get notified of this?? Also, I called back to speak with another agent to ask if I could just swap sizes instead of getting a refund and she was a COMPLETE B****!!!! She spoke to me rudely, did not care that I was frustrated, and even proceeded to tell me to "deal with it".. So now I am suppose to just "deal with it"? I know that the fact that the order was canceled IS NOT the agent's fault that I spoke with. But to tell me to just deal with it is ridiculous! I AM SO DONE WITH THIS STORE. I would 0/10 recommend anyone to shop here. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. "

Horrible

"Horrible, horbble, horrible. A friend and I both ordered jerseys as a preent for team mates with an expected delivery time of 3-6 days. After two weeks and multiple e-mails back and forth nbastore.eu told me they were awaiting approval from the NBA Store, which is something I really don't get. My friend got the excuse the jersey was sent to another company for personalization (while he ordered a regular Rudy Gobert jersey. I'm going to wait one more day before asking for a full refund."

Defective Product followed up by terrible customer service

"I ordered 2 mugs off of this site for $30. 2 months later the 76ers logo falls off of one of them. These mugs without the logo would otherwise cost 25 cents. I messaged their customer service about this and they told me to wait 2-3 days. I wait 4-5 days and get no answer. I message them again and it's the same thing, I wait a week and again nobody gets back to me. I message them a third time and they now tell me that the 90 day policy for returns has passed! They made me wait out the time for their policy to expire... ridiculous, I am never going to buy anything from them again. "

WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE MY DISGUST

"WOW!! Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!! I ordered 5 Golden State items immediately after they won the championship. First off their system was all screwed up that night so they charged my credit card for TWO IDENTICAL ORDERS! I waited nearly two weeks for my items to arrive and then finally contacted customer service to find out what the hold up was. I was told they were special event items that took a little longer but was ASSURED ALL ITEMS would be shipped no later than June 30th. It is NOW July 30th and I still have NOT RECEIVED the jacket I ordered. When I did FINALLY receive the other four items on my order one of the shirts had a hole in it. I contacted customer service to find out where the HELL my jacket was and tell them about the hole in the shirt. I was told the jacket would NOT SHIP until get this October 30th and that it was posted on the website. I still DO NOT SEE ANYWHERE that states this jacket will not ship until October 30th and I certainly saw no mention of it when I ordered it. In addition I was told ALL the items on my order would ship no later than June 30th. They did offer to refund or replace the shirt withe the hole however after 3 more emails to them - I still have yet to see a replacement shirt or get a response. "
