"I'm a fan of basketball and puchase all my gear from NBA Store and its partners, I'm very pleased with all my purchases
and when there's a problem they resolve it to my satisfaction. At the end of April I had an issue with a delivery that never arrived, I contacted customer service mid May spoke to Cristin who arranged for redelivery, it again was lost in delivery. I contacted again recently the beginning of June and she responded and I just received my item... I understand things often happen during delivery, but dealing with a company who puts their customers needs first are the ones I prefer to do business with. I sent an email to Cristin to let her know package received and to thank her, I appreciate her understanding and kindness. I will continue to be a customer!"
"Constant emails from other websites now, and there is no unsubscribe button on their email. Even though it does say click here to unsubscribe, it doesn't have a link. Scam company, dangerous to hand out your information to them."
"They will lie about the status of your order. They will say “we are awaiting a status update from the warehouse”, when in reality, the warehouse is more than likely OUT OF STOCK and you will wait over a month for your CUSTOM JERSEY (that you will never receive). You will attempt to communicate with this TRASH COMPANY via the LIVE HELP CHAT featured on their website. You will get frustrated after multiple attempts to correct this issue and expedite the shipping of your item. NBA store will do nothing besides hope that you wait like a good little peasant and receive your order whenever they decide to send it. THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTE TRASH AND YOU SHIULD NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE. I placed my order on the 1st of January 2023. It is now the 14th of February and I’m FINALLY able to cancel my order. The refund will be another 7 business days. My experience? I paid NBA Store to hold onto my $160 for over a month with nothing in return, besides empty apologies and a coupon “for the inconvenience” THAT I’LL NEVER USE. UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. BUYERS BEWARE!!!"

"Paypal confirmation of order showed the email of of some guy named Ronald Dickson, not the company's email address. Shipping info only showed my town, not my address. USPS confirmed delivery at an address not even close or similar to mine. Contacted NBA Store to tell them I never received the jersey and never hear back. They have some sort of scam going on and I filed a report with the mail fraud unit of USPS. "

"I ordered November 30, 2021. 4 items were received promptly however an item promised by 12/31/21 has not been shipped by and I cannot get information on a shipping date or even if it will ship. Christmas ruined for my grandson! After calls to customer service I still don't know. They offered 30% off my next purchase as an apology but I doubt if it will be any good when you know where freezes over which will be the next time I order from them. Evidently they have zero control or ability to find out anything from their warehouses."

"I ordered a custom jersey, and called a couple of hours later to cancel it because it was going to arrive in a month. They said that unless you cancel/change within 30 minutes of ordering you cannot change it at all. I ordered it June 5th and it will arrive July 8th, that is the most ridiculous interaction I have ever had. They said once it gets sent to the “warehouse” which is Nike, it cannot be changed. So, two huge companies cannot adjust or change an order within a couple of hours of ordering? Amazon, Walmart, Target and hundreds of other stores can, but Nike and the NBA store can’t?? When I originally called, the customer service rep put in the request to cancel and said that whoever received it needed to be in a good mood to accept it. It’s been terrible dealing with them and there was zero regard for my request. Now I am out almost $200 and had I known how long it would take to deliver (a whole month) I would’ve NEVER ordered it to begin with. I ordered a custom NFL jersey and it arrived within a week ( same company basically). I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER interact or shop the NBA store again. I wish I could give them a -10, but I had to put a 1. "
"The return policy is abysmal! I paid $70 for a hoodie (which was not the best quality) size YM it's waaaaay too small and they want to refund $45! How about you exchange it for free like every other company in America! It's such a rip off for such a big company."
