the customer support I received was fast and generously helpful.
Within a few hours my situation was amended.

"Bought Mixpad-love it's inutity. had putercrash- lost license. Mixpad found my version & license key & e-mailed it to me. They have a chatroom users share questions & tips. That is how I learned to use MixPad. Only drawback is the translation of Austrailian English to United States English. "In US English a studio "track" is one of several tracks that make up the song- bass-drums-guitar-vocal-etc. - In US English "clip" is a portion of a track, a punch point in & out. in Austraila , "Track" is called a Clip so there is some initial confusion when reading the "how to" manual. I printed out the instructions and changed the terminology to US English so I wouldn't get misled. It would be a good idea for NCH to translate their user instructions for Countries that use USA English language

I signed up to be billed 3.99 a month and 9.99 a quarter . Please lets review our agreement. And I am not sure about the disc, DVD, Blue ray burner but I have receipt for them both. The number entered is from the the first receipt I received and is likely from Verbose. Will that do you or would you also be needing the one I received on the 25th? It's not a problem. There's only one place to put the number and the date. Sorry I am so slow. My stroke complicated a pre existing condition. "

"I regretfully have to share this negative review. In particular, this company does not follow through with any refund policy. I ordered Switch to convert from an audio file to .dss for dictation software. I searched and Switch Audio Converter came up. I ordered it. When I received it, I learned that while it converts from .dss it does not convert to .dss. I felt this was misrepresentation. But, maybe I missed something. I sent an email that day. Nothing. 1 week later I followed up on their website. I got an email back saying they were considering it. Since then, nothing."
