"Program is awesome in user-friendly; however you pay and get no email-assistance nor chat nor phone-assistant with the fact that every save of added edit gives you deteriorated audio garble. The program does NOT even work without an online registration-check every time you open the program which means it is worthless in a work situation since it requires online connection of which every online computer i ever had brought in virus; so for them to sell you anything that must make online contact connection is a forced-****. Further, despite clearer pictures than FREE Filmora9, they are not as clear as your uploads; just like windows paint which degrades your JPGs. They are a UK company **** American customers in this way. Your windows 7 copy cannot be run on win10 in win7 mode because the online connect deliberately says its a win 7 program and you must now by win10 version. They could not do this if the original win 7 version is truly yours in buying. For them to say you are buying this but we will take it away when ever is communism UK ruling USA which is also no longer free equal rights either."

"I purchased the Debut video capture software and was able to use it straight away. The software was very easy to use and was reliable - I had no glitches or drop-outs even though I had used it for several hours continuously over a few weeks. The quality of the video was as good as the original. As I had finished the project I was working on and knowing I would not be using the software for a while, I decided to discontinue my monthly plan and restart when my next project came up. "I've used plain Express Scribe for over 5 years and never had a problem. Jobs for a new client required that I use Express Scribe Pro. I had two issues that were resolved quickly and with no hassle:
1. I accidentally ordered and paid for ESP twice -- once with the service contract and once without. I requested a refund of my money for the no-service purchase, and it was refunded to me the next day with no questions, no hassles.
2. I had issues installing ESP and used Chat to contact customer support. Since I'm in the U.S. and they're in Australia, I figured the time difference would delay my receiving help. Not so. They very shortly sent me step-by-step directions, and I was able to install it quickly and easily. "

"Problem Review: Video Clip plays correctly in the Timeline. However when I use Export > Video File to create a MP4 file. The original audio is mono on many of the clips. Yes I used WavePad to create the Stereo. Problem why is the Stereo missing in the finished MP4. Solution: Upgraded VideoPad from 6.22 to 6.30 now I have Stereo.
