"Ordered and paid for a SECOND copy of the Switch Converter Software then realized I already owned it.
Send a quick request for a refund and Christian responded quickly and thoroughly with the refund as well as a "replacement" link and key for my original version (actually took me from ver 5.9 to 6.15!).
After I made sure everything was up and running I deleted ALL upgraded version files from my second order.
Their programs WORK. And so does their CUSTOMER SERVICE.

"I used the older version of the audio converter and disk burn but after swapping info over from old faulty PC to a new one my NCH files no longer worked. I sent an email to the Teck dept and within a few hours got an update with new registration code. Such quick and great response that I upgraded but software items and all was an easy task."

We are part of the Commonwealth like Australia, Canada, Malta... We have a lieutenant Governor who represents the Queen.
We do not pay VAT.
Your system for addresses and payments do not recognise this point.
This is a very simple thing for the software team to modify this having had to set up software to cover the problem in the very past.
This would save having to bother your staff each time I and others asking for VAT refunds.

"I upgraded VideoPad to the latest version while in the middle of working on a video. Then I couldn't find the button that used to be there to take a snapshot of a frame. I put in a tech support request, expecting it to take a day or more to get a response, but it came back in 8 minutes with the solution. YIKES! THAT WAS AMAZINGLY FAST!"

"I purchased the software at the end of a free trial period. Downloading was relatively easy but the registration process proved more complex and somewhat confusing.
After initially working well, within a few days the programme ceased operating and froze my Mac computer altogether. A self-loading screen wanted me to purchase a further upgrade which I didn't require, and offered me instead an option to 'restore purchase'. However this lengthy operation ultimately failed to activate on three occasions, retuning me repeatedly to the same screen.
Fearing the worst I contacted NCH and requested a fresh download. Within 48 hours I received an email containing an new download address, an assurance that this would resolve the problem and a series of clear, succinct installation instructions.
I was impressed by the speed and hassle-free nature of the response. The new programme worked well immediately and hopefully will now continue to do so.
