"I haven't had that many dealings with ncix but I recently preordered a 1070 through them. I contacted customer support and was set up with Zane A who provided some nice info and insight into what was going on the these highly demanded cards. Later on I had a change of heart and wanted a different card and all the way Zane was speedy and super helpful with getting everything sorted. Much appreciated.
I usually never leave a review for things like this as most CS stuff usually just par, but this was fantastic major kudos. In what seems to be an endless supply of PC part store/suppliers the Customer Service area is what's most important in differentiating all of them. Looking forward to resubmitting the new order through you guys.

"Ordered a new EVGA GTX 1070 on the morning of release (Fri June 10th 2016) -- got a price match (though not a 100% match with the vendor I matched against, NewEgg, because their price was so low) which was excellent, and even though my order was unfortunately not in time to snag a card from the first shipment, customer support ("Greg", I think?) was happy to explain these details to me and let me know that a new shipment would be on the way soon. I happened to check the Real-Time Stock on Monday and noticed some stock in the BC Warehouse (Richmond) at around 4pm. I talked to a customer service rep Jonathan Hart who quickly changed my order (which was for pickup at Burnaby Metrotown location) so I could come over and pick it up right away at the Richmond location, very willing to accommodate my query about possibly getting the card that evening. Definitely made the day being able to get the card sooner than I expected. Hope this wasn't too wordy, but thanks for having good customer support, it makes all the difference."

"Special ordered a case that had to be shipped over seas. I was told I wouldn't be able to change or cancel the order once shipped...
After two weeks since the case had been ordered and shipped (over seas) I decided to change my PC build and would now need a larger case.
One quick online chat with a Customer Rep named Jon (King of customer service) I had a new case ordered. Not only was this all on the same invoice as the original order but he also took care of billing the difference in price. I was told that the new case was not in stock and would have to be ordered from the same supplier. To confirm that this would also be coming from over seas, he (Jon) offered to go ask his Purchasing manager (on the other side of the warehouse). When he got back with his answer, he not only informed me that it wouldn't be coming from over seas but that they found a local supplier and the case would be ready for pick up by the end of the week.
15min after our convo, I had my updated invoice emailed to me with all of the changes noted.
Exceptional customer service is harder and harder to come by these days and Jon at NCIX went above and beyond exceptional. Despite NCIX not having the best reviews for customer service. Jon at NCIX has cemented me as a lifetime customer Jon: I tip my hat to you. Long live King Jon."
"I Had the best customer support experience with NCIX out of all the websites i've ordered in the past. They were fast to reply and understanding , they even let me change my order last minute because i wanted better RAM Sticks.

"I purchased an SSD and a power supply from NCIX, I have been a long time customer and have never had an issue until now. I waited over 2 weeks for my package to arrive and it never did, I contacted Canada Post that it was shipped by and was told NCIX needed to initiate a trace. I contacted them and they did initiate a trace rather quickly and informed me that is usually takes 10 days to complete and I will hear back shortly.
Fast forward to 17 days later I had heard nothing from the company about my missing package and it still not had arrived. I got an email hoping for good news however I was informed that my package was deemed lost, the real kicker is that according to NCIX I had not purchased additional insurance and would only be refunded $100.
Now here is the deal, the additional insurance is added by default a business practice that I personally do not agree with but I did not change the default to avoid this very situation. However after looking back I noticed it was not added.
So as a consumer I attempted to purchase $281.34 worth of goods from NCIX and because I made that choice I am now going to lose $181.34 I find this completely ridiculous and urge everyone reading this to think twice before buying from this company.
Do your selves a favour and buy from a company that values customer service, I have received nothing but bear minimum emails with passive aggressive tones informing me that all I will receive is $100 and was hung up on when I tried to explain my situation to customer support. It has been 41 days since I've made the mistake of placing an order with them and I still have not received any resolution to my issues.
