"I had placed an order for a new phone case, I was having some dispute with paypal so I was not able to make immediate payment with Paypal. I needed the case ASAP as im already using my new phone and its without a case and also NCIX is the only company that had this in stock. after 3 weeks with a lot of issues with the router Linksys
found that the router is defective and should be replaced with a new one (refurbished).

and I received a full refund on the router and bought a new one (not a refurbished)."

I had to return a heatsink cause the fan wasnt working. It tooks like 1 day and everything was done... in 2 emails only. Plus I ordered a usb key that I never received. So they shiped me back another one without any complications.
